The room was the perfect size for me & family (5 Total), we utilized the kitchen in our room, Pool, Jacuzzi, & enjoyed Breakfast both mornings we were there. The Jacuzzi was cold the 2nd day we were there but my kids still swam. Breakfast was ALL around AMAZING!!! The biscuits & gravy was so delicious, everything was constantly wiped down, cleaned, & food was always replenished. The staff & morning crew was delightful & provided exceptional customer service. This was an all around positive stay for a 3 star hotel. I give it an 8/10

I loved the corner suite! several cabinet doors and drawers were roughly fixed so they didn’t open so great! The kitchen table was extremely flimsy I was afraid my family was going to break it! But we loved the amount of space and that it had a decent little kitchen! I would definitely stay again!

Comfortable beds. Clean room and facility. Friendly staff.

My husband kept having to plunge the restroom in our room but what can you expect with as many guests as hotels have.

The front desk staff was awesome. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Catering or cook staff were very nice.

The construction noise on the floor above me. The noise started early Sunday morning.

The hearing accessibility room. It was off in the cut.

The dishes in the cupboard were dirty and stained. There was hair in the bathroom . The fridge was dirty also.

The room was very nice and comfortable, the breakfasts were of high quality and the staff very friendly. The location was convenient to restaurants and to our fields where rugby was being played.

There was nothing unpleasant about our stay.

Nice and quiet room. The kitchette and large space was great for us as we were traveling with 2 children

I thought I had booked a room with a seperate bedroom but the living and bed space were in the same room. Pool time was not long enough.

The staff was exceptional ! They were the reason for all the higher ratings from the front desk to the maintenance we passed on the elevator and morning kitchen staff was wonderful also handle mask mandate very well.

The price was ok but the room furniture like sofa bed could have been more up to date couch seemed old carpet could use some updating that’s all

The breakfast was excellent. The one bedroom suite was roomy and comfortable. The location is good for shopping.

The hotel is a little worn but the low price more than makes up for that.

It was clean. Staff was pleasant and welcoming upon arrival. I liked the digital check in/out and digital key as well.

The frame work on the air conditioning unit was broken and hanging off. It didn't impact the operation though.
