The food was expensive and so was the hotel. But the pool was beautiful and having poolside waitstaff was wonderful. The restaurant was also very good and the staff were very accomadating. The gym was gorgous and the ILLY coffee in the room along with ceramic cups was a bonus. Bed very comfortable.

Bathroom was small. And the coffee maker, while fancy, did not work great.

Stayed here on a business trip. Very nice hotel. Really liked that there were actual mugs and glasses in the room. Finally some hotels are working on reducing waste and single use plastic! Great coffee in the room and plenty of it. Beautiful outdoor pool and many dinning options in walking distance.

I loved the hotel. Bathroom was small and there was no space to set toiletries.

Very modern and clean! Room was exceptional! Food was good!

Pool experience- less than desirable. Manager could/should have asked/insisted the drunk female repeatedly screaming and cussing to leave pool area. Instead, couples and families chose yo leave due to her disturbing behavior.

Second visit to Le Méridien. Staff is extremely helpful, the lobby is clean and well lit, with lots of seating options, some with tables. The restaurant has fantastic breakfasts. The rooms are comfortable. The bathrooms are quite small but the bedrooms are adequate. There was a funny smell that came out of the faucet when turned on, but it disappeared in a few seconds. Shower water was adequate pressure and always hot. I had a nice view of the city on the 10th floor.

Funny smell in the bathroom faucet—but dissipated in a few seconds. Size of bathroom could be bigger.

the room was nice and clean. Although we did not use, pool and area around looked very nice. Enjoyed the bar every evening.

$25 to park your car. I feel like that should be included in price of hotel stay.

The room was nice and quite. The restaurant has good food. The staff did an excellent job and with hospitality and friendliness.

I believe the hotel is in a business area and I wanted to walk to some small shops and restaurants around but anyway, it was easy to get a taxi/uber to go to nearby places.

Location was great, and the rooms well-appointed.

It was very hard to reach a staff member at the front desk when we tried calling from the airport to ask if our room was ready. We kept getting directed to main reservations, not the local front desk.

I loved the design and decor of the entire hotel. The aesthetic felt very much appropriate for a boutique hotel and the neighborhood. The amenities offered during Covid were great options, although I did not eat/drink at the hotel or utilize the pool during my stay. The on-site parking was very convenient and the facilities felt very clean/sanitary. My 11th floor room had a great view of the pool and overlooked downtown off into the hills. The room was equipped with high end products, plenty of plugs and USB ports for charging, and the tv allowed bluetooth/hdmi connection to play media from your devices, along with plenty of free streaming services. The staff was also top notch concierge. The neighborhood is in a downtown business/financial district, but plenty of small business and larger restaurants are sprinkled throughout, as well as a strip a few blocks away. I felt safe enough to walked 2 blocks to a lovely Italian restaurant where I hear the Blues team frequents. Very friendly neighborhood, with college students, millennial professionals, and baby boomers. Nice, diverse options for eating with a plethora of Italian restaurants.

I wish the bed linens were a higher quality thread count. Even though the bed was extremely comfortable, the linens felt like broadcloth. I also wish the room came with a tub/shower combo vs just a shower. The bathroom was beautiful but I really wanted to relax in a tub, to my fault I did book the room last minute (like a few hours before my arrival). If Covid was not in place, I could have enjoyed the trip a lot better, with such amenities like room service. I was told that I could order food and such but I'd have to come to the front desk to retrieve it. Covid also meant a curfew and space limitations on businesses. Just something to be aware of location wise.

The breakfast buffet was the same and no change at all for all three mornings during our stay, which is kind of boring.
