Price was great and the accommodations were decent. The staff was great!

The breakfast in winter is a brown bag with 1 bottled water, 2 granola bars and one packet of instant quaker oatmeal.That was not shown on the breakfast details. We chose that place to go skiing, that breakfast lacked protein. Disappointed, will stay elsewhere now.

Location

Very under staffed, cold coffee, over flowing garbage cans in the lobby. Tried to get a extra pillow, they didn’t have any or didn’t want to be bothered. Breakfast was a bag with a bowl, spoon and oatmeal and a granola bar.

The facilities were clean and neat, the rooms have great pictures from Yellowstone behind the beds, the bathrooms were very clean, showers nice and hot, and the breakfast was simple but a great way for our kids to start the day. 5 stars go to the insanely comfy beds and pillows! Above all, the staff was fantastic. They were very friendly and did a GREAT job of keeping things running smoothly. I was impressed by the housekeepers (a crew of young men) who clearly take pride in their work. The front desk gals were kind and helpful and made sure that we had an enjoyable stay. This hotel isn't glamorous, but it's a wildly comfortable place to crash while visiting Yellowstone and the surrounding areas.

My only criticism is that some of the amenities were in need of repair (laundry machine) and there was a musty smell upon arrival. The smell went away after a few hours of running the air conditioner.

The desk clerk was friendly and the room was clean and quiet.

I went to eat but there wasn't much to choose from. Only white bread for toasting, couldn't see any milk for the cereal, I was hungry but I didn't eat, I would have had oatmeal but for the milk problem.

Did not use the breakfast. Was a great stay and location was great. Had good parking. The check in person was very hospitable and great manners. He was a one man band checking in people as well as taking of other problems.

The breakfast was terrific. Only raisin brand for cereal. Cheap white bread. Container of open butter sitting on the counter for everyone to use. Waffles didn't cook all the way. No creamer.

The room was a nice size, the beds were very comfortable, we didn't try their breakfast but the coffee was good. We will stay there again.

The location is convenient to Yellowstone Park, staff is extremely helpful and nice. The room was clean with wooden floors.

Breakfast was 2 granola bars and a bowl and spoon in a paper bag with a bottle of water and a packet of oatmeal. Probably due to Covid, but if I can walk down a hallway with other guests, why can't I social distance in the breakfast room and take a decent meal to my room to enjoy?

I came with a pet and asked for a room on the first floor. My bad, totally. Not the hotel's fault, but we ended up next to the laundry which is in the hallway, and heard the machines, as well as employees talking, which woke us around 6:30 each morning. we could have changed rooms, but just decided to deal with it for our short stay. We also heard every footstep from the room above us. Next time, I would choose a 2nd floor room. And, I seemed to be the only one picking up after my dog, which is not the hotels fault.

Room was clean. Lobby area and breakfast area were clean. Bed comfy. Easy to get to off I 90. Pool looked nice although we didn’t use it. Front staff were super friendly and inviting.
