The room was very large, with a sofa and a large bathroom. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip, with lots of options for eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc. The entire place was clean and nicely landscaped. We saw people in the indoor swimming pool and in the exercise room, so that was nice that they had those available. We enjoyed walking around the nearby business park and along the road next to the soccer fields. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Noise from the next room (with a connecting door to ours) was loud, and when their dog barked, it surprised us.

our room was very clean, awesome breakfast, check in staff was great. again our room was exceptionally CLEAN!! big plus for me

the group down the hall was smoking in their room, I’m allergic to smoke so I wasn’t to happy to smell that inside the non smoking rooms. also one staff had told us we where NOT allowed to bring balls into the pool but no signs said otherwise. I felt like she was on a power trip because when we entered the pool a group was playing catch with a ball but she said nothing to them.

we had a spacious room. the beds were very comfortable! I have arthritis. The mattress was firm enough so that I woke up without the hip pain I normally have. Pool area was lovely. Grandkids had a wonderful time.

The sidewalk just outside the door has an uneven spot that I didn’t see. I tripped and went flying. my shoulders and wrists are sore. my shirt was ruined. I let a staff member know. She graciously took a small amount off the room charge. Thanks!

Pillows were soft, had an extra blanket in the closet, down comforter was not overly warm, mattress was decent, thermostat worked well, lots of space in the room.

Breakfast - eggs seemed like real scrambled eggs one day, but the next day they were "cubed" scrambled eggs. Potatoes tasted like frozen potatoes. Bacon was real, sausage was frozen. One day the only yogurts available were the kind sweetened with sucralose. It was convenient though for grabbing a bite when we didn't have time to go out and find a fabulous breakfast - got the job done.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing Breakfast bar with plenty of options. Super kid friendly. Wonderful location.

The fact that the pool was not heated and the hot tub jets didn't work. No packets of salt and pepper available for people to be able to take to room if they have food. Coffee does not taste the greatest.

Quiet, large room and good breakfast.

The toilets in the rooms are low. I always request handicap rooms hoping they will have higher toilets. My husband has had a hip replacement and when they are low it's hard for him.

The desk clerk, Delaney, was so nice to us at check-in. It's hard to find a friendly smile these days.

During breakfast, 10-16-22, two men were using foul language while the room was full of children. If I would have known that they worked at the hotel ( which I later found out) I would have said something to hotel clerk.

the location was close to the places we needed to go to. nice restaurant nearby.

the handicap accessible room had a tub. Neither family member traveling with me can get in and out of a tub. A walk in shower should be standard in an accessible room

Front stuff was great!! So helpful! Beds were comfy, pillows comfy, nice and quiet all night and it was a Saturday. The breakfast was extremely good with lots of options!

The only complaint I have is that the sink in the bathroom was completely plugged and we couldn't use it so I had to wash hands and brush teeth with the bathtub.

We liked everything! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The mattress was the best! Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food items and juices! Check-in was smooth! We would stay here again. It was a great value!
