Holiday Inn Express & Suites Omaha South Ralston Arena, an IHG Hotel

The location was ideal considering it was right next to my event arena I was attending. Loved the variety of TV channels, beds and pillows were comfy and the room appeared clean.

I didn't like the fact that the curtains didn't close all the way, the light by the TV wouldn't turn off unless the TV turned off, I placed a wake-up call that never came, and there were not any charging ports for charging phones, etc. There also wasn't a plug in near the desk or bed to plug in my laptop. I could only charge it by putting it in the chair and moving the light plug in order to plug in my laptop.

Enjoyed the nice, large room. The room was clean. Glad there was an elevator. Young man that checked us in was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Booked a handicapped room that was supposed to be on 1st floor, but it was on 2nd floor (thank goodness there was an elevator). No grab bar by toilet. Toilet too low for an elderly person. Walk in shower was nice, but floor of shower was extremely slippery. 2nd room. Floor of that bathtub/shower was also VERY slippery. Bathtub drain was clogged. My husband had to take it apart. There was a cap of some type in it and it was full of hair. (very gross). Cleaning staff should have taken care of this when they cleaned or they didn't clean the shower because it was impossible not to notice the clogged drain. When I am paying that much for a room, I don't expect to have to clean the drain out before showering.

It’s centrally located in a great area. Clean on the outside as well as the inside of the hotel.

The cooking and cleaning staff were really friendly. The hosts were ok but weren’t available at the front desk. Especially on Saturday the 15th. Some of the customers had left because they were tired of waiting on a host.

We stayed here after a stop at the Omaha Zoo on our way to Denver from Eastern Iowa. Theo at the front desk was great! He was very friendly and gave us a good recommendation for dinner across the parking lot from the hotel. Breakfast was good and have a nice variety. We would definitely stay here again if traveling through the area. Honestly, we couldn't beat the price that we paid!

The staff was nice. They had many choices for breakfast including healthier options. We felt very safe while staying and would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I can’t think of anything. They really did a great job and had a safe, clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

Staff great. Breakfast great. Room clean and warm shower. Parking great and lots of food chooses around hotel.

Pool was not clean and very dirty in pool area. We saw pool on line and that is why we went with hotel. Needing cleaning.

Excellent breakfast with ample seating. There was a good mix of hot and cold items, fruit and grab and go.

Fitness center a/c not working and it was too hot to work out.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast was mediocre. The scrambled eggs were good but there was nothing else available. No meat, no potatoes. It was very disappointing.

I think the ice machine was not working on floor so had to go to a different level. But nothing major.
