Comfort Inn SW Omaha I-80

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Make your own waffles, juice, tea, coffee, cereal, toast and on the weekends they offer sausage and sausage gravy with biscuits. The main lobby was in excellent condition. The pool looked nice though it was closed because of COVID. The room was furnished nicely and the bathroom was also nicely done. The rooms were clean.

There were water stains on the ceiling of the room but they looked like they had been painted over but came through the paint. The door look like it had been chipped when they replaced the door mechanism. The hallway to our floor and the smelled like cigarette smoke even though the hotel is non-smoking.

The breakfast was good and the staff is always friendly. The room was unique with the bathroom doors opening up to the living area from the spa tub area.

One of our lamps was missing the shade. We found several orange ladybugs flying around the room throughout the stay. The pool area was down for maintenance. It was rather noisy and that may be because we were on the 1st floor instead of my usual room I have been staying in. People were loud and doors slamming and loud music at 2a and 3am. King room should have more than 2 big towels but I just asked for more since it was a 3 night stay. The outside window was very smudged so it was hard to see out the window where I had parked my vehicle.

Staff is great. They remembered me from the last few stays so that was nice. The room was huge and I like the 2 sinks in the bathroom. I like the table and 2 chairs in there for eating as well. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Lots of restaurants around the hotel as well as shopping and plenty of gas stations.

The TV is small for that size of a room. Maybe the next size bigger. The spa tub doesn't work which was fine with me and when I let the staff know they said they knew that and would discount my room. I just enjoy the roominess of that room so the spa tub didn't matter to me honestly.

Amazing breakfast, nice big room, great parking. First room was a little messed up, gave us a bigger room and gave us some money off.

At about 11pm, came back from work. Front desk worker wasn’t there. After waiting 30 mins and ringing the bell a million times, we decided to call the hotel. The person answered super sleepy (like I woke her up). And then took 5 more mins to come down. I believe she was asleep in one of the rooms.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! The outside looked super clean and it’s in a great location. The lobby was super clean as well as the hallways. Our room was perfect! Super clean, big bathroom and the bed was super comfortable! We got everything we were expecting and more. The breakfast was super good! Lots of options and the staff was very on top of keeping things stocked! They were super accommodating when we asked for a late check out! We noticed they also had a gym and a pool which is super nice! The pool was closed but not an issue. I believe they were cleaning it or something like that. We will definitely be coming back!! The price was really good too! You get a lot included in the price! Overall awesome experience and we will be back!

The staff was engaging and helpful. Location to downtown was good. Easy in and out.

A towel had oil or grease on it, the top cover on the bed 3 stains on it, like food or sauce. Went to get out of the pool and there were no towels, drip dried to the room, kids were freezing.

Very clean, rooms were adjoining which were perfect fir our group! Breakfast was really nice! Not just the normal scrambled eggs! Fried, fruit, bacon an sausage and was delicious! Staff was very friendly snd courteous! Loved the clean pool . Parking was close and looked very secure! Close to the expressway so easy off snd back on ! Thanks

All was good

The location was great, there was a lot of construction but sometimes that can't be avoided. It was clean, staff was respectful and friendly. Pool was well stocked and clean. Room was cozy and cool.

The Breakfast was huge and delicious! The Staff on duty from 7 to 3 was amazing and helpful. She went above and beyond caring for things needing done. Her name was Amanda!

Everything was perfect

Breakfast was great! Great food and plenty of it. Coffee was delicious. Spa tub in the room was excellent.

Bed was a little stiff. Our room was on first floor but ice machine was on third floor. Their was some wear and tear in the room around the ceiling, doors and toilet seat.
