The lady at the desk was very helpful in answering my questions about places to eat in the area and location of the public microwave ovens. The bed was comfortable. She also helped me with the particular way you turn on the TV and get stations as it takes two remotes to get that going.

The night was high-priced for a motel that did not have the ratings other motels in the area had. It is probably priced the way it is because of location. The TV doesn't need to be that difficult just to get the stations, but I think I know what they had in mind.

Just needed a room close to airport as I had a 6:00 am flight and I live an hour and a half from Omaha. The room was clean. I was unable to get the breakfast as I left too early. The desk clerk said I could make a waffle or eat oatmeal as that was ready to go even before the breakfast hours. I have stayed in two other locations (competitors) in the area but this was by far the best.

Loved the different pillow firmness. The staff was nice. The room was good for what I needed it for. The shuttle to the airport was easy to schedule and prompt.

Need better signs to find the road to get to the hotel. It was dark and I took a few different turns before finding the right road to get to the hotel. No elevator to get to the second floor and my bag was heavy.

The location to the airport and the reasonable cost.

Had to plug in the light fixtures. It looked like the room had been recently repainted, and the lights were not plugged back in when done. Other than that, nothing else. The hotel didn't have an elevator.

The room was on the ground floor and there was very little noise. We had a perfect view of the lake outside our window too.

The pool was closed. The syrup for the waffles tasted weird and the manager was scolding another employee at the front desk within rest shot of breakfast guests and that was disconcerting, not to mention embarrassing for the employee.

The staff and the distance from our event were top-notch! Very friendly staff!

The microwave was "communal " in the pool hallway with the vending machines and the ice machine. The pool was closed for maintenance .

How clean it was and your c<stomer service was excellent

Let people know when you book on line there is a 150.00 deposit so the can plan better it was a shock about this when we arrive. On line it says if you could you let your customer know

We left to early for breakfast but it looked very good. The only thing that needs to be done is housekeeping needs to put face clothes and plastic bags for ice. Otherwise it was very friendly and very comfortable.

The young man who checked us in told me he would see if he had a room for me. I realized later that he wanted to see if a handicap room was prepared. He discerned I have some age-related pain. I thought it was so sensitive on his part. He really impressed me. I wish I could remember his name, but I can't. I do remember he had a T-Shirt remembering black folks always in his heart and that he is a black man. Black lives matter. His certainly does to me!

Due to COVID, the pool and breakfast weren't available, but that isn't Super 8's fault. Safety is the higher priority.

the customer service was excellent while checking in. On the phone we checked to a king room but the lady at the desk on Friday night upgraded us to a King Suite for our 2 night stay.

the pool and hot tub was not working when we booked the room. the door and elevator not in good working order.
