The bathroom was bigger than most hotels. They also have a nice area with a counter and mirror so you can get ready outside of the actual bathroom when someone else is in there. I liked the full size fridge and the couch to relax on so you didnt have to sit on the bed. The breakfast area and patio are super spacious and a nice place to hang out if you have a group.

Parking could have been explained better. The website says 15th and Capital. Well that's a private ramp so I called the hotel to ask (because we were coming alot earlier than check in) if we needed a pass prior. They told us no and to tell the attendant we were staying at the Residence Inn. We pull in there and there is no attendant and cant get in. We had to back out of there. We were a little irritated and just ended up parking in the public ramp right next to the hotel. It's cheaper and closer anyway. Small irritation in the grand scheme of things but maybe it will help some avoid the same situation.

great and convenient location as it’s near everywhere we wanted to visit on our short stay in Omaha. It’s near a park and surrounded by office buildings so the streets doesn’t get too busy since we stayed on a weekend. They have great, clean rooms, soft beds and pillows.

they don’t have parking so you have to pay parking on the street or on the ramp. not enough toiletries. not sure if you really have to ask them to provide you toothbrushes but good thing we always bring our own.

The window in the bathroom did not have a DARK shade to go along with the see thru shade. We were situated toward the garage, n wanted to keep our privacy and not be exposed when we switched the light on. As it was a short visit didn’t complain to staff.

There is nothing to complain about. Exemplary modern hotel with long time history.

It was clean, modern & stylish. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Parking was a little separated. Lack of luggage carts. When other guests near us left their rooms, their doors would slam and it shook the room. Maybe you could install pneumatic door closers or something from Amazon that prevents doors from slamming. Someone’s finger could get caught too.

I liked the downtown location and the clean, well-equipped room. I especially enjoyed the breakfasts. The 10th-floor view to the north was fine. The old hotel building, formerly home of federal offices, is beautiful.

I asked right away at the front desk that a light bulb be replaced in the small room between the bedroom and the bathroom (closet and drawers) and was told it would be taken care of the next day. I said that would be fine. It never was replaced. Not a big deal, but you asked.

Friendly staff. loved the shuttle bus. that was fantastic! rooms were a nice size, beds comfortable.

breakfast was okay, could have been a better selection or different items on other days. it was exactly the same items both days. windows in our room leaked cold air so our bathroom was usually cold.

We stayed here the first and last night of our 11 night road trip. The second night was even better than the first. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a great fitness center and game room on the bottom level with key card access. They have a small shop for snacks or items you might have forgotten. You can use valet parking for $15 or park in the garage next door for $10. We used the garage both times and it was super easy. There's a loading and unloading zone right in front of the entrance. They had the best breakfast of all the places we stayed, with hot items, several labeled gluten free. Our room was beautiful and clean. We got lucky and had a wonderful corner room with a great view this night. Highly recommend this hotel.

Their elevator can be a little slow during peak times, but it happened very rarely. I used the stairs several times, which I enjoy as someone who prefers to be more active. Climbing back up 9 floors of stairs by choice after a workout was a great way to finish in my opinion.

I loved the cleanliness, the space in the one room suite, and the hotel shuttle. The staff is always on the ball, and super kind. We stay here at least once a year. just a nice getaway from the stress of life!

I am sensitive to electricity and wireless the staff were very helpful in supporting my need to find the best option in the hotel for me.
