Hot tub was great. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

Room was nice

When we left at 5 am I asked the guy at the desk if we could grab some prepackaged breakfast food. I'm aware that breakfast didn't officially begin until 6 am, but usually hotels allow you to grab a piece of fruit or a prepackaged muffin if you leave before breakfast begins. The guys said he wasn't allowed to give me anything. He did give us coffee, but he followed me to the kitchen area and watched me as if I were going to steal food or something. I had hungry children and was disappointed that I couldn't even grab a banana from the fruit bowl.

Staff was pleasant and professional. Front desk staff, dining room and housekeeping staff always greet guests with politeness and pleasant smile. Breakfast is good with a lot of varieties comparing to other hotels with similar prices. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water are always available at the beverage station at the lobby throughout the day. I booked double queen bedroom. The room is big and clean. I will definitely return next time.

I stayed at the 4th floor, hot water was kind of unstable in the shower room.

We had an issue with our room and we’re immediately changed to new room and even offered an upgrade for the inconvenience. The woman working was very kind and accommodating. Hotel was nice and clean.

We loved the location! Cool places to walk to in the area. The room was spacious, breakfast more than adequate and pool area very comfortable.

Parking was tough to find and not included with the reservation. Our room had only one window (ground floor, looking out to the parking lot), with only a blackout shade. I would have loved a sheer curtain as well, so we could have let natural light in during the day without giving people outside a chance to see into our room.

Lobby door kept opening and closing by itself so it was VERY cold while eating breakfast.

The location is excellent! Room was very comfortable, hotel was very clean.

No AC in lobby. Paid for parking for the weekend, but without security the lot filled up and we lost the spot we had already for. Booked on Priceline, Hampton charged more than agreed upon rate. 4 phone calls later, problem was fixed.

The staff were friendly and the hotel overall was clean. It’s not too far from downtown, maybe 10 minutes.

It is kind of loud at night because it sits on a busy street, next to an event center. You have to pay for parking but then the parking lot is so small you aren’t guaranteed a parking spot.

Great value, clean, awesome staff!

The pool was colder than most hotel pools. Not as updated as other Hampton Inn and Suites but clean and well maintained. The staff was absolutely amazing. We will stay here again when visiting Omaha.

The lady who checked us in was wonderful. she was by herself, very busy and did her job professionally and with a smile.

This location use to have a courtesy van to deliver and pickup guests to the Arean and Old Market Area. The loss of this van will impact my future stays. As parking downtown is hard to get, I will probably stay someplace closer. Too bad this is a nice hotel.
