The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful

The fridge in our room was not working The front desk sent maintenance. He found the fridge was shut off. He turned it back on. A couple of hours later it was still not cold. He came back and said it would take some time to cool down. It didn't cool down until the next late evening, our last evening there. There was also some rust looking stuff on the back of the fridge. The elevator broke and we had to use the stairs a few hours on our 2nd day. The stairs entrance was outside. It was above 100 that day. The water park was nice but it needs some work done to it. Lots of corrosion and rust on the splash pad. For the price I paid, it's disappointing to have to pay for breakfast, the water park and parking.

I didn't care for the fact you literally have to pay for EVERYTHING including parking, waterpark fee, BREAKFAST fee (which most other hotels would just give people a free breakfast like that. Also, when I booked it, it said the deposit was$50 but $100 was taken out. The receptionist said that was changed a few weeks ago. That wouldve been nice to know!

Booking.com actually cancelled my reservation... The staff at the Holiday inn was able to resolve it in an hour and put is on a room. Jeff and the manager were awesome!

Booking.com actually cancelled my reservation... The staff at the Holiday inn was able to resolve it. I was never provided a receipt from them nor from booking.com and I was charged over $300 for a room that was to cost $258. I will be looking into this!! I'm not happy about this?

Room and bed were very nice.

At $184 dollars a night we had to pay $15 per night for parking, $20 for the water park, and $100 per night deposit for "Incidentals". I won't do it again!

Staff was friendly

Had to pay for parking. Had to pay for breakfast and to use the pool. Plus the pools floor cut up my kids feet and made them hurt. The water slide left scraps on back and shoulders.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! it was close to the venue; we were able to walk to the events. great trip!

Close to Creighton and the CHI center. Friendly staff. Nice to have Burger Theory connected to the hotel. Waterpark looked nice for children under 10.

Water park area excellent King size bed very comfortable.

The stopper in the sink would not pop back up, so the sink didn't drain. We told the staff at the desk and they wrote down the problem, but the sink was never fixed. The door to our room would not lock from the outside. All you had to do to open the door was to push on the door to open it. We told the staff at the desk and they didn't think they could get anybody to fix it. They offered us another room, ,but we wanted to stay across the hall from our grandchildren so we kept the room.
