I loved the size of the room and the pool was nice! The bartender Sunday morning was very nice.

At check in I was told there wasn’t a room for me and I’d need to be on a waiting list. A manager was called over and I was given a very nice room right away, problem is it had a bed that folds into the wall, everything seemed fine until I woke up all night long because the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I have a 8 hour drive home the next day and I can’t move my neck to the right because of the awful bed. I paid a lot for this hotel room and I was very disappointed. Also I called the desk asking for toilet paper because we didn’t have any and it was never brought up.

Everything was beautiful, I loved how fun the pool was and the setting of the hotel.

The valet treated us as if we weren’t noticed, did not want to help with getting a cart. After we asked about one they pointed us where to grab it. They then pushed our cart to the elevator and left it, no hospitality what so ever.

Close to downtown and walking distance to several places

The rooms were not cleaned well. Had chips all over the floors, in the corners, and under the bed. The toilet was clogged when we got to our room. White sheets had black stains on them and 1 pillow case was dirty.

The staff was wonderful and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was poorly run and not worth the price. There was not enough staff and they were poorly trained

Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet in the room despite being a weekend.

Pool area was fine but it was messy from people leaving cans of beer or truly around. It wouldve been nice if staff was around to help manage this. Honestly the guests should throw away their own cans. Some guests were loud and playing music with explicit lyrics (not hotel music) and there were children trying to enjoy the pool. Just a little strange. Again I believe staff should of helped with this so that everyone could enjoy the pool.

The property has a chill vibe with attentive staff. Good size very clean room. The chocolate covered strawberries were excellent! Great option to have for guests.

Kevin and Sam made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was included for both mornings, food was tasty and service was great. I would recommend getting the breakfast package it was well worth it. Hotel was spotless and smelled wonderful in the convention areas.

The bathroom door wouldn't easily slide open or close. In a few cases our fingers were slammed while trying to slide the door closed.

Everything besides the fact the you had to call room service for water cause not even the water fountains were on which is understandable given the situation of things.(never did get my water tho had to go buy some).

No waters included with the room wish they can put at least 6 bottles of water in the mini fridge instead of having to call room service which never showed up, was busy that night tho.

Paying for parking in the garage, should be included in the room!

Staff was super beyond-friendly. Hotel was gorgeous. Snagged a corner room with a wonderful view. Loved that the parking garage was connected to the hotel so you didn’t have to navigate the streets with luggage. The room itself was lovely. The shower featured a rain shower-type shower head and was really lovely. Large windows.

The pillows were a little flat. Can’t honestly think of anything else.
