Great location, huge property. Love the lobby, and the bar. So much space to hang out and sit, have coffee, have a cocktail, and relax. Having a Starbucks is brilliant! Loved the pool, hot tub, and the health center, too. Very clean.

Our room’s bathroom was in some disrepair: sink wasn’t draining and would fill up halfway, then drain and leave black debris. Ceiling above shower head had water damage, and shower didn’t drain very well. Didn’t ask to change rooms as we were there for just the weekend but definitely something to look at

Room was a good size with cool furniture. Bed was super comfy and clean. Room was clean other than one stain on the carpet. Bathroom was clean and good size, but the shower needed a lot of updates.

The view was not good, we were 5th floor but could only see the outside wall of the hotel itself. We were happy to be up that high but disappointed we couldn’t see anything. The shower could use a lot of work too, there was a rack to hang towels inside of the shower, which is not helpful when you have more than one person and want your towel to dry.

We flew in for one night to see a concert. This hotel's location was perfect! Literally, right across the street from CHI Health Center Omaha. The staff was really nice, the room was great, and the airport shuttle was a nice bonus (I didn't know it was available when I booked our stay). The food and drinks were great, and I appreciated the added hotel monitoring at the elevator after the event to ensue only hotel guests went up to the rooms.

The shower/bathtub needs some repair, but the room was otherwise perfect. And I think they need a better system for the restaurant/bar area after events. It's open to the public, so it was over an hour wait standing in line to get a drink (could've been longer - we left after waiting 20 minutes and barely moving in a line 30 people long). Totally NOT worth it. We ended up heading back to our room because it was so overpacked.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the concert venue we were attending... I didn't realize that "close" meant "literally right across the street" so that was an awesome surprise. The lobby was super busy because of all the attendees but the staff was super friendly and helpful and moved everyone right along.

Honestly I have zero complaints.

The staff was very nice, always smiling, very helpful. The room was clean and the air kept the room nice and cool.

The pillows were so small, I move a lot, so I didn't care for them. There are no open stairwells and I HATE elevators. I wanted to use the stairs. Check in took 40 min, I know it was a busy time, but I think another person at the desk would have been nice, or a check in kiosk.

I enjoyed the property.

one of the bar tending staff was not the friendliest and made my drink wrong. I was also not told about the fee for parking at check in. The ramp was closed to walk across for the concert when staff informed a couple of us it would be.

Bed was amazing, starbucks on site, great front desk team, ease of parking ramp!

Bar ran out of the wine I drink, Bartender was very gracious about it - it wasn't his fault they drank it all the night before.

The location was great!

There were some questionable things on the walls. it looked like some things could’ve been wiped up, but they were not. Also, my husband went to check-in, however the reservation was under my name, and the front desk lady (an older woman) was very rude to my husband about him trying to check in for us (I was just in the car waiting), but I didn’t think it was appropriate to be rude to the customers for a mere mistake.

the energy from staff was incredible. we went for a concert and it was so nice to be so close to the CHI center, plus after the concert the lobby had a DJ and it was a great club feel.

We didn't go down for breakfast because there wasn't a menu on the app to see what was available. We weren't sure if it was included in the stay as well.

The wifi wouldn't connect. I used my last name and room number as indicated and it didn't recognize it. I'm guessing that staff misspelled my last name when they entered me which is forgivable, I've lived a lifetime dealing with that.
