Nice hotel close to courthouse.

Someone tried to come into my room overnight, which was worrisome. They had a working key.

Service was excellent and Breakfast was very complete, warm, clean and well attended by kitchen worker. Excellent service for the entire family. My kids look forward to staying here again. The room was very spacious and clean. The location was excellent.

My kids were excited about taking an evening swim at the pool, we had never used a holiday inn hotel pool before. We were very disappointed as the water was super cold and super murky we were grossed out and hot tub was out. My son was looking forward to swimming both days, but we couldn't go back the second night, too disgusting.

Very clean and spatious room

The fitness area is way too small. I'd say it is better not to have anything that something this limited. Also, it would be good if the breakfast did not result in so much material (single use cups, plates, forks, etc.) being trashed.

super comfortable mattresses, everything clean, including the covers and bed sheet, the breakfast was very delicious and with several food options, thank you very much for the accommodation.

the pool should be heated, super cold water, after all it is in a covered area, without sunlight and the children did not enjoy it very much, they only used the jacuzzi.

Nice new facility. Room was good sized and bed was comfortable. We were on the ground floor which worked well for our small dog. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast very good.

A little pricey -but since it was new - OK. 40.00 for one small dog seemed excessive, as most places we stayed only charged 25. or less.

The hotel just renovated so that I can feel cleanness and new. The location of the hotel is convenient for my trip. They are very pet friendly. We, including my dog, feel comfort to stay. Staffs are also very kind and nice.

Complimentary breakfast to be improved. Not many choices. However, they provide 24-hrs coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for the guests. Very kindness.

It would be helpful to have a list of channels and have the remote work. There was a huge snow storm and we wanted to check the local news report. We were able to get batteries at the front desk but did not want to scroll thru each channel to locate.

1st when we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, we had to wait approximately an hour, you would think that the on call manager would have at least offered a complimentary glass of water. 2nd. the floors looked little dingy, floor tile design made it look dirty.

Carol and her staff at the Minden NV location were the BEST! Very kind and accommodating. Location was 2 mi from our kids home, and we were overjoyed to be able to keep our dog with us. We were in town for our sons wedding and we will DEFINITELY stay here again when we visit the next time.

The fire alarm that scared us early in the AM but that is no reflection on the hotel. I'd rather be safe than burned. We all got out and back in safely. Its probably a good thing to have to rehearse safety JUST IN CASE. Thankfully it wasn't the real thing.

vary clean, Great Breakfast, good location, Kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. great Family suite. About a 25 min drive from busy Tahoe, and 20 min to Carson City Hot springs.
