Location, location, location. Walk to everything. Spacious room, excellent, full-size refrigerator, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, quiet room. We loved it.

Breakfast room was a mess, no sanitation measures in place, could not fit half of the people there on check-out morning. Disappointing, since we really liked the hotel. Poor available choices.

Location was perfect, short walk to all the shops and to the outdoor concert venue where we saw Old Dominion. Also, very close to the 4th of July Fireworks. We also enjoyed the morning breakfast that was included in the room charge and evenings they had a wine tasting. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and convenient. Last, the staff was very helpful. We found Alexis a go to guy to help us with some minor problems unrelated to our stay, and he was extremely helpful.

It was a bit expensive but we were there for the 4th of July, so somewhat expected. Parking was at a premium, though it was free, was tough to find a spot. Overall, there really wasn’t anything disappointing about our stay.

Breakfast - very good, Hot food, good service, lots of selections Rooms were clean, and spacious. It is rustic and an older building but has good furnishings and is well equipped. The staff was wonderful, they upgraded our room to a suite to get us close to our grandchildrens suite, and they did it for free! Location - Walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and shops. Really Really nice.

To say it is a "Free breakfast" but add $35/day "resort fee on to the bill to defer the cost of free wifi, free breakfast, health center, etc. is a bit of a lie. the buildings are immaculately cleaned, however the maintenance is way behind schedule. New coats of paint and hallway carpets need replacing. Lots of small damages that hven't been repaired. Also hide the maintenance yard on the north side of the building from view by the north facing suites.

Location...close to the gondola; Breakfast, and breakfast staff, and included parking.

Reception staff could be more consistent in what is provided that is at my first stay I asked for a receipt and it was given to me; this time I asked for a receipt and the receptionist would not give me a receipt stating it was on Booking.com (same as the first time) even though they charged my credit card in case of damages. The spa and treadmill could be in better working condition given they are charging a resort fee

Updated our room, good location for outside activities, and a nice breakfast.

Outdoor maintenance needs to be done, especially refinishing the front door. First impression wasn't good; but once inside it was nice for an older facility. Parking near our room was very difficult. Maintenance trucks took our place if we were not at our room by 5:00 pm. We had to walk to our room for about three blocks because that was the only place to park on the opposite side of the Forest Suites. Not much fun in the dark and drizzling.

Forest Suites was so close to the Heavenly village and gondola- we were also really appreciative of the car parking as we easily drove to both California and Stagecoach lodges when the Gondola wasn’t operating. The kitchen was simple but perfect for preparing meals and saving us money! Also only a quick walk to the grocery store and several restaurants. The staff worked hard to make sure paths and roads were cleared and the breakfast was simple but did the job- options of hot food as well as pastries, cereal and fruits. We also enjoyed the opportunity to meet other guests at the wine nights. We appreciated the discount provided at a local ski hire store- a better price than we could get using our season pass. Would definitely recommend!

It would be great to have a drying room or hanging space within the bathroom- or near the boiler so that wet snow jackets and pants etc can dry.

The breakfast was good and the property had some good amenities. I likes that my room came with a microwave and small fridge.

Parking is a problem. They appear to have more rooms than parking spaces. For value, it was a bit overpriced. My room in building 3 could have used some updating: the bathroom tiles had been painted over (in regular paint!) and was chipping, plus you could see how dated the cabinets were. The shower/tub was separating from the grout/caulk and looked like there was some mildew. And the sink was very slow to drain.

The location were perfect, the kitchen was well equiped with utensils as well as great coffee machine and clean fridge. Everything you need to be confortable for a few days. Love the laundry service as well as the ice machine. Especial mention to the breakfast, it was fabulous!!! Great choices, a very complete meal to start the day. 😁 we'll definitely come back sooner than later.

Not having room service was very surprising, also the counter doors needs maintenance.

Loved the extra space with a suite. Being in Heavenly Village was great, so we could walk and find a good place to eat. Also enjoyed the music played at several places and the good vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Some of the physical aspects of Forest Suites could have kept up better, especially the pool area.

We arrived at 5pm, checked in was easy, our 2 bedroom suite was clean and spacious. There is a laundry room on the floor, I didn't use it. There is daily breakfast included. Breakfast was not impressive, scrambled eggs, cheese omelet, hash brown and bacon, coffee and juice, not fancy but worked for us and saved money and a lot of time. It is located right in heavenly village, super convenient and walk distance to everything. The village is amazing. We watched a movie in the theatre, a magic show at the Loft, enjoyed dinners there. Employees are pleasant.

Our room was not cleaned during our stay. The basketball machine didn't work, The pool table is weird. But kids had fun anyway.
