There were plenty of offerings for breakfast - hot, cold, fruit, etc. I had scrambled eggs and coffee, which were very good. I picked the location as a midway point between New York and Maine. Although in the past I have stayed in a generic hotel in Concord, which is more accessible to the routes I take, I am so happy to have found the Greenfield Inn. It's a lovely setting with comfortable, cozy rooms, and sitting on the big porch in the morning and evening was a big plus. The owner and innkeeper are very friendly and helpful. And I was able to bring my dog! Next time, I'll visit the beach!

My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay at the Greenfield Inn. Even though they were going through a rennovation, our stay was never impacted by that fact. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the check in process was the easiest ever! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was delicious and filled with a variety of choices. The location of the Inn itself was fantastic. There is a great general store and Mexican Restaurant just a few doors down and just a short drive to the entrance to a beautiful state park. We would definitely return!

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was as described on the website. It was really nice having coffee/tea/water/ice available in the dining room. Having a dorm sized refrigerated with a freezer in our room was really nice since we were traveling with some fresh food that needed to be kept cold. Carla, the innkeeper provided a delicious and ample hot breakfast. There were also many other options, cereals, pastry, fruit and more. Jarvis, the owner, is doing a great job of renovating the inn and keeping it all as true to the period the house was built. We took advantage of the lovely porch to have a bite lunch. We would defintely stay there again !!

I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before, and wasn't sure what to expect. Our stay at the Greenfield Inn was clean, comfortable, convenient, and charming. The Inn was all decorated for Halloween! The owner, Jarvis, welcomed us as we arrived and brought us up to our room (the Juliet and Romeo room), making check-in easy. The room and bathroom were clean and the bathroom seemed to be newly updated. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were surprisingly soft. We met friends for a camp fire earlier and it was getting cold outside, but there was plenty of hot water for showers when we returned, and we were warm and cozy in our room and under the covers all night. In the morning, Jarvis made pancakes, eggs, and sausages for everyone. There was fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, clementines) and a variety of beverages available too. It was clean and comfortable, and a very relaxing stay.

What a little Jem. We had been here about 2 years ago and were impressed enough to come back. This stay was over the top. They had scheduled us in a room we didn't like and they moved us into their King suite which was DIVINE! Breakfast was wonderful while dining on their fabulous porch. We love the lakes in the area and were able to take a 4 mile walk on this quiet country road. DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE!

Extremely cozy, stayed in a nice single queen bedroom with a half bath (sink and shower) attached. Couldn’t hear other residents through the walls, and was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast the next morning. Few other friendly stayers you’ll meet during your time

175 for a one night stay but still worth it

We stayed there because we got married on Saturday. When we returned after the wedding, they had done up the room with rose petals on the bed, fairy lights in a few places, strawberries and chocolate dipping sauce and wine! It was such a lovely, thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.

Carla, the innkeeper, was very friendly the second we walked into the door. The room was spacious, the bathroom was spotless clean, and the bed had me in a coma! Jarvis, the owner, was down to earth and very personable. It was a very hospital experience. They were accommodating for early check in. I would come back!

The Greenfield in was absolutely beautiful! Located in a little town with a few perfect restaurants! Very quaint, very comfortable and wonderful owner and staff!

There Was absolutely nothing that we did not like about the property. My daughter and I enjoyed it immensely!

Very cozy and comfortable home. This is not your average hotel style stay in. It's got charm, class, and a feel like home. Our room was a good size with private bathroom. Good for the price. It was clean, warm, and quiet. This house has been around for a very, very long time, so the wooden floors will talk to you, but that's what gives it character. There is a lot of things within the house to check out for curiosity. There is morning breakfast made by the owner. Warm meal with fruits, drinks, coffee. The owner was welcoming and friendly. I do find first impressions are more important to me and I can say I was really satisfied with my stay and my interactions with the owner. Overall I was impressed by the whole experience. Located in a quiet area but also nearby several good rated restaurants and pubs. Mount Monadnock is about 25 mins average. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone that enjoys good taste in a home with character.
