we stayed for a birthday party, it was local , had a restaurant and pool with hot tub. adjoining rooms helped with young ladies

the pool was not accessible all the time? for some reason we had to make reservations to use the pool in 1 hour blocks?! we were there for a birthday party and the young ladies we were with wanted to come and go back and forth to the pool and hot tub, and not just use for one hour. the menu at the restaurant was a little too fru fru for the 15/16 year olds we were with, although it looked delish for adult palates!

I like that the beds have clean sheets with no stains or hair in them. No disgusting hair in the bathtub leftover from cleaning. I like that you can bring your dog. The food is delicious at the restaurant and the staff are amazing every department.

The trash bins were very small so there was not much room to throw trash away. Also there was no freezer part to the mini fridge.

Everything, I've known this place for decades, just other different names but always been a top-notch place with exceptional staff and accommodations. If I could give 11 stars I would. Will probably stay there every time I go back to area.

Only thing I really didn't like was having to go outside to smoke, but I understand, it's that way everywhere, but not a big deal. Place is outstanding.

It was comfortable with good amenities.

At the front desk they have several rows of water bottles but they’re only for a select group of visitors. I was initially told by a very slow attendant that I couldn’t have water bottles because I booked through a third party. Instead of giving me a couple of water bottles which must have cost them $.10 a bottle , I had to buy them a few yards away for $6.00. When I checked out I mentioned the policy and was told that the water was reserved for diamond and gold level Hilton Honors people. Again, it seems like an odd policy when the water bottles probably cost the hotel very little.

the cost was a little high. no housekeeping came to restock coffee and condiments. we had to go to the front desk for it each day. we stayed 4 days.

How clean and lovely the room smelled when we walked in.

1. Couldn't connect to the wifi (it was just one night so didn't bother getting aggravated by calling rhe front desk) 2. How much we were able to hear the neighbors talking and their phone ringing at 7am

My only complaint is the pull out couch in the living room was only big enough for one person. I have stayed in many hotels and I have never seen one like that before. There was also no mention of it on line.

Comfortable. Staff was great. Warm chocolate chips when we checked in:) Easily assessable. Pool was nice as well. Room was clean. Floors were clean. Nice TV. Granddaughter enjoyed our stay. My wife was happy too.

A/C was at a set temp that we couldn't change to make the room cooler. Volume of TV couldn't go up any higher.

The Doubletree is known for their warm chocolate chip cookies. We are all looking forward to them they didn’t have any. Front desk staff not too friendly

The Property was Very Nice

The only I would have like to have seen was being able to have a Microwave access to the Room instead downstairs.
