Very nice room with nice beds, pillows, TVs and sitting area. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was good but after a long holiday weekend, were without yogurt, bananas, regular milk (did have oat and low-fat milk), etc. But did have excellent choice of nuts for oatmeal (and theoretically yogurt), such as walnuts and sesame seeds. Surprisingly quiet in the room despite location next to the airport (sound-proof windows that actually work, I guess).

Main complaint: Shower curtain in Room 316 needs to be replaced immediately. Moldy and gross at the bottom.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful with our large group of kids. Food during the weekend was fabulous. Rooms were the cleanest I've seen in hotels. Couldn't hear anyone in the next room we loved that.

We stayed an extra night and Monday morning we were really looking forward to the Waffles and eggs but there was no waffles to make and the eggs were an omlett with pepers the kids wouldn't touch. If the eggs didn't have the pepers and was just eggs or had the option of either would have been great so we had to leave to go to get them food. The people who take their dogs out need to do better cleaning up dog poop there was a lot of dog poop around. We did have my service dog ( seizure allert) and we loved the bags provided to pick up her poop when we forgot to grab ours didn't want to to knock a point for others not picking up their own responsibilities outside.

Everything was fine until the electricity went out on my second night - maybe around 7 pm or so . . . It was getting dark, I’m a 72 year old woman traveling alone. I need electricity for medical equipment I use. After hearing from others in the halls that they had no idea when the power would be on, I had to leave. That meant packing up and carrying my things down three flights of stairs to my car. I also have a bad back. When I got home I called the hotel (I didn’t see anyone at the desk when I made my final trek to the car). The young lady at the desk was rude, chiding me for not seeing that they were there behind the desk and then saying, “It was only out for an hour!” Anyway, that wasn’t my experience with any of the other desk workers. I wrote a letter and was refunded my money for that night. Would i stay there again? Sure. I liked my room. People were really upset when the electricity went out. Lots of anxiety. That wasn’t fun. I’m sure it wasn’t anyone’s fault. Those things happened. Unfortunately, I missed the family event I was suppose to attend the next day. Sigh.

This was a good location. It was convenient to travel to Boston for a day trip. Of course, it was also close to the airport for our early flight. The staff took care of a problem that Booking.com created quickly and efficiently. The take out breakfast was pretty good too. Could have had larger coffee cups tho.

There seemed to be a kids sports team or maybe even teams there for the weekend. Because it was raining incessantly, they occupied themselves by running around the hotel. They settled down for the night before we did, so it wasn't really a problem.

The staff was very nice and approachable. Hotel was clean and our room was very nice. My other half enjoyed that the TV was bigger than in some rooms.

Not that it was a big deal because we still weren't sure if we felt like using the pool, but the pool room didn't seem overly tended to, u cld see that sludge stuff on the bottom of it and it had a different type of chlorine smell than most pools. Nobody else was using it either so we just decided to hang out in our room.

property was fine. Everyone at the desk was kind and helpful. room was great had 2 TV which was awesome traveling with teens.

Breakfast employee was a rude. We found a fake finger nail in our eggs. when I showed her all she said was “Well, it isn’t mine.” and handed our plate back.

Convenient location to the MHT airport with quick shuttle service. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy.

Location is a little far from everything, although the shuttle is available to take you to restaurants and stores. The furniture is a little old and the air conditioning is loud.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Up to date conveniences, and maintenance. Completely quiet. Excellent location and price for a comfortable rest before heading out to tour points in New Hampshire and southern Maine, and the flight back home. Well worth avoiding the Boston area altogether!

Good breakfast variety, friendly staff, very accomdating

Price of drinks at the front desk was ridiculas. Boiled eggs need to be hot. Towels need to be swapped out daily. Parking fees is absolutely outrageous, complete money grab.
