The front desk Lady was so nice!! We were meeting some friends at a nearby stop so she gave me easy to follow directions and also said if we needed anything to call her. She was worried about us making it to our destination and went above and beyond to make sure we did. Extra nice staff. Very clean facility. Very Good breakfast!!!

The pool was closed for maintenance… TOILETS ARE VERY LOW!! PROPERTY NEEDS MORE LIGHTING IN PARKING LOT!!

the main reason I chose this place was cause they had an indoor pool but when we got there they said was closed due to maintenance. Pool was full and not being worked on. Would of been nice to know it was closed.

Breakfast was great, staff was great and very friendly, particularly daytime staff. I was there a month this last stay and they did much to accommodate me when a few things went haywire in my room.

It would be nice if housekeeping were more attentive to the simple things like towels, emptying the small trash cans and bringing around the little coffee packets every now and then. Since Covid, most hotels have all but eliminated daily housekeeping; we are lucky to get it once a week. But I feel it should be included in the rate that hotel amenities like soap, shampoo, fresh towels, coffee and garbage pickup be provided without reservation and without having to ask for it. There should be a difference between a motel and an apartment in that regard.

The room was clean and quiet. We just needed and overnight stay before we drove to the wedding we were attending that was further away. It totally suited our needs.

The first room we got had the grate over the air conditioner missing leaving a whole to the outside. The woman at the front desk offered us a new room at first but we said it only needed to be screwed back in and we could wait. She said maintenance would be right up to do that. After waiting a half hour, he never showed up. When I went downstairs to tell the woman at reception, she was very apologetic for him not showing up and upgraded our room. It all worked out but was very odd that maintenance would leave a room like that.

The location was excellent. It was in a quiet neighborhood but within minutes of all major freeways, shops, and restaurants. Access to and from the hotel was quite easy and the amenities (with the exception of the pool and spa they were closed when I stayed) we’re exactly as described.

Other guests in the hotel were quite noisy at times but there’s nothing at the hotel could do about that. They weren’t excessively noisy but hearing them stomp around on the floor above me was somewhat disconcerting.

I needed a place to stay overnight while my husband was in the hospital. Since Manchester can be a little sketchy and I was going to be alone I wanted a place I felt comfortable and safe. This motel was great, just what I needed. The staff was friendly, the room clean, comfortable and I appreciated having the microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast was very good for a motel breakfast. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

9.9 out of 10 - honestly. Great value, staff, location, service, breakfast, suite, and overall experience. Bonus points for good little business facilities, great laundry room, awesome pool, decent arcade room, nice fitness equipment, and the dining area/buffet/ lobby area great. Lastly, amazing cleaning staff (friendly, hard working folks).

Snack bar/store area inventory low specifically Coca-Cola and frozen foods. Also, refrigerators aren't great (I've had one stop working and others aren't good in regards to temp control, i.e freezer too cold and freezes half rest of space or opposite and not cold enough.

Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable. Price was fine. I did not like the notion of providing room service every 3 days only. I had to go to the front desk to get a plastic bag into which I could put my 2 very small wastebasket contents.

See above. I should add that even though the room was a smoke-free room, the smell of past smoking activity in our place - perhaps from years ago - was still quite discernible.

Unfortunately we did not have time to partake in the breakfast, but otherwise our stay was great. We were only there for an overnight stay, but the front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

As a wheelchair bound paraplegic that requires a hoyer lift for transfers I was unable to get in the bed and ended up sleeping in my chair. Because the bottom of the bed is a solid platform we were unable to get the legs of my hoyer under the bed to get me in bed.

I gave it 5 stars because the staff went above and beyond. There were some things that I normally would have ranked it a 3/4 but the staff were really that great. Keep your crew! Spoil them! Tell them they are appreciated :) Would stay here again.

There were some cleanliness/maintenance issues upon check-in, but nothing that was overly annoying. I let them know just so they could handle it after I left.
