The location was easy to find, otherwise just ok. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, rivalling some restaurants. The room was as I expected, not exceptional, but good.

The wifi was only available to those who were honor club members. In this day and age there should be a guest wifi available to all guests, even if for a nominal extra fee.

Upon arrival check in was smooth and quick. Room was clean and organized. When requested for towels and trash be taken out, it was done in a timely manner. The bed itself was so soft that I was able to sleep like a baby again.

Sink in the kitchen took a little while to drain but other than that I reallly have no complaints.

This facility is absolutely beautiful and especially for the price. It was the the last night of a 4 day cross country road trip and I needed a good night sleep and I got it. Thank you. I especially appreciated how clean everything was.

I had rented a room here specifically for the jetted tub. the room was clean and comfortable. a few hours after I got there, I went to fill the tub and find that the hot water tap was broken. the staff was so nice and accommodating, moving me to their other jetted tub room which was right next door. when I wanted to extend my stay by a night they made it smooth and easy. the friendly service was excellent, combined with the large jetted tub in the room, I'd happily stay again.

The pool was wonderful. The breakfast exceeded expectations. Hotel location was just minutes from our destination.

The only minor thing worth mentioning was the elevator. It was a bit slow and sounded as if it could use some greasing/ belt maintenance.

I was actually very disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the lack of detail. example there was a box of soap on the counter that had already been used, there was a used wash cloth hanging over the shower rod and the sink looked like there was hair from shaving!

The breakfast was great and we liked the long table where our family could meet and enjoy the meal together. There were lots of handicap safety bars in the bathroom.

The bar in the closet is too low to hang a knee length dress. A healthy person must usually share the space with the handicapped person and needs to hang clothes as well.

Booked for fireplace, space

Fireplaces are not turned on all year but booked for ambiance of it. Was able to get it turned on by partner. Hopefully staff would have if asked.

Great breakfast. Plenty of parking. Easy check-in and check-out.

A little noisy because of youth hockey teams on holiday weekend, but not bad. Sometimes front desk isn't manned.

The facility was very clean. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. I observed them being told off by a customer for an issue that was actually the customer’s not theirs and they remained calm, gracious and polite. The room was exceptionally clean. Building and grounds very well cared for. It is in a safe feeling neighborhood. The location was very easy to find and where we needed to be on our trip.

Have absolutely no negatives about this hotel.
