Recent upgrade to the hotel interior (new carpet, wall covering, furniture). Location near airport, short drive to Manchester and access point to toll road without having to pay the toll. Pricing was a big factor for us as well as their suite was well priced compared to alternatives. We had planned to stay down in Nashua but chose this hotel due to pricing.

At the time renovation was happening with workers throughout the hotel. Not a big deal and I'm sure they will be done soon.

Staff was fantastic, shuttle service fantastic

Toilet ran the whole first. night but was fixed for the 2 nd night, i think bathroom floor grouting needs deep cleaning. There was no info on water quality,I wish there was a water filtration system or water quality report in the room near coffee maker. I looked up Manchester water quality online and it was questionable and at times borderline so I passed on useing water from the tap for tea/ coffee since I wasn’t sure if it was safe.

The shuttle service to the airport is why I chose this hotel. The shuttle drivers were pleasant and accommodatinhg.

When I registered, I requested that the clerk add my name to the shuttle service list as I had a very early flight. Prior to leaving the registration desk, I again reminded the clerk to add my name to the shuttle list. He said he did. However, the next morning when I arrived in the lobby 15 minutes prior to the shuttle arrival and checked with the clerk on duty at the time, my name was NOT on the list. Fortunately, she was able to phone the driver and squeeze me onto another shuttle.

The hotel was in a great location. The pool was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast that was served was good, and fully stocked for those of us who were on the go. There was a small basketball court for people to use and many places to sit and relax that were outside.

The bathroom had some peeling wallpaper and the grout was stained. There could have been some simple updating. Overall a clean room.

Very clean, modern, lots of outlets for devices. Rooms were very big. Nice fitness room with good equipment. Not too far away from amenities.

Breakfast wasn’t great - I had to hunt around for items because the staff member took off early. The pool also was out of commission. If you don’t want to be right beside the airport runway, don’t stay here. It didn’t bother me so much, but it would some.

Comfortable bed and pillows

After booking the room at a stated price, I was surprised to be charged $5 to park my car. If I had asked to leave my car while I was away, I would have gladly paid for that but to pay to park on the 1 night I paid to stay at your hotel (with plenty of parking) is ridiculous.

We loved the large spacious rooms. The quiet setting allowed for a peaceful night sleep. The staff was quick to help is when we needed assistance. Right off the highway for quick commute to where ever we went.

Our key didnt work our room when we first arrived. Had to go back to the Main lobby 3 times. After the final time they just gave us a new room. Also we went out and came back late, when we returned there were no parking spots available for our car.

The size of the room King suite with bedroom was a plus for couple with restless sleeper who could go in the other room Room was well stocked with toiletries and towels

Lighting was a little weird Especially bathroom vanity-shined into mirror and reflected into bed area Maybe add nightlight feature

Nice facility, clean for the most part, nice pool, rooms were pretty well maintained and suites are very spacious. Price was right for what we got. Quiet place too.

The woman at the front desk the night we checked in was very rude and when there was an issue with booking not paying for the room, she ignored me and went on to help others instead of calling booking to figure it out like the hotel is supposed to do. Hallways weren't vaccuumed, couple spots along the hall had lots of food particles on the floor that I assume fell out of trash bags while cleaning but was not cleaned up for 3 days. Not sure why. Got checked into the room and it had no towels. Had to ask for them and when asking for them to be replenished it took 45 minutes.
