We had a unit with a kitchette, which was perfect for us. We enjoyed the ocean breeze and view on the balcony, and we relaxed at the pool a couple of times. The pool was open and very clean and accessible. The TV had a printed guide with channels that made it easier to find shows that we liked. The room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, which made our visit so much more comfortable! The shower was nice and hot with plenty of water pressure.

There was only one nightstand on one side of the bed. Nobody likes to have to put their night essentials on the floor, such as: Water, tissues, cell phone, book, meds, etc.

The location-practically right on the beach- was lovely! It was quiet and the staff were very personable. The room smelled fresh; there was no musty odor. Being able to see the Cape May lighthouse from our kitchenette and also walking to it (1.4 miles) was wonderful. It was in close proximity to downtown Cape May and the shops and restaurants.

The bathroom could use some updating. I would like to see safety bars in the tub area and the sink was very slow to drain. A couple of the bottom cabinet doors in the kitchenette looked as if they had some water damage.

Excellent location. Facilities met my needs and above. Price was higher than hoped, and deal would have been better had I called directly. Lucky to get a ground level room as walking upstairs would have been a challenge with my belongings. Staff very nice and accommodating.

Price would have been better had I called directly. A second floor room would have been impossible as you must use stairs. No vent or air freshener in bathroom. Strong smell of cleaning products may have kicked off allergies.

. Location perfect. Our time in the room was to shower & sleep. We may return.Pool was nice, in our stay,We would consider returning with a lower daily room fee. If you are on a budget and don't mind the dated rooms, this is the place to stay. I give it a 10 for location. A 3 for the room on a scale of 1-10.

Bathroom could use a modern look, at least a new toilet seat. The entire room is dated. No frills room. 2nd floor. Room #202. Wall paper peeling, could use a tear down & simple paint on the walls. The pool was dominated by one large family and they invited additional family members from a different hitel, who with their kids jumped into the pool.

The location is wonderful, right across the beach. Very quiet and clean, just what we needed to relax. Friendly staff. Perfect place to enjoy the sunset too. The closeby restaurant outside the motel also has good breakfast and lunch and staff is very friendly. The view from outside the room ocean front, wonderful. If you are looking for a place that is simple, clean, quiet, great location and won't break the bank, this is it.

Smoking on the premises is not ideal, as sometimes smoke from others smoking outside their rooms, finds it way into the nearby rooms, especially at night and then it lingers for a while. Would be nice to update at least one outlet with usb ports for charging devices, as we never carry the ac adaptor around.

Perfect location. Office staff was very friendly and pleasant.

My only complaint is that the A/C units were not accessible due to being covered for winter already. I need my room cold in order to be comfortable to sleep, just would have been nice to have a heads up on that before arriving.

The rooms were great, had a little kitchen area. The pool was awesome. And couldn’t beat the location, literally steps away from the beach. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I was able to check in earlier than expected so very happy.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is right across the street from the beach and it is located in a quieter section of the town, but it’s still within walking distance to dining and entertainment.

There was no fitted sheet on the bed which caused the mattress cover to punch up and make sleeping uncomfortable at times. The bathroom sink faucet was hard to adjust.

I love the location, and the room was great. Nothing negative or anything to complain about at all. Staff is wonderful and accommodating when we decided to extend our stay last minute. Loved the decorations and lights for Christmas.
