the property was great. The rooms were oh hell spacious, I like wardrobe, couch and everything was really amazing. some guests though smoked close to the non smoking rooms. Also, the air conditioner worked well though a bit noisy but you could live with it. Cleanliness was 9.5/10 if not 10. Overall, great value for money, location is great as I got my food the next day within walking distance from restaurants nearby.

Sometimes, or more frequently than one would expect front desk didn’t pick up the phone. Also, when some, I suppose not all, did answer the phone they could just keep a simple yet short conversation, the banged the phone on you. crude and rude. But again, you may not experience that.

No breakfast was served. The AC in the room l stayed was too high and l was cold, l would have appreciated it if the guest can regulate the AC in their room. The room was big and neat, the bathroom was not too neat but manageable, the towels was faded, new ones needs to be provided. All in all, it's a good hotel with a very good location.

The guy at the front desk yesterday when l got to the hotel was rude. He doesn't have good customer relation.

I really liked that they made an effort to keep the rooms cleaned even though we didn’t request it and I appreciated that they respected our property by not touching it (even if it meant they couldn’t make one of the beds). The rooms were spacious and so was the closet, and overall it was a pretty cheap price especially for what we had. The shower water pressure was great and they had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in the shower area. Staff was also very patient as I was having trouble with my payment method. You can adjust the temperature to your liking (which for us was 65 degrees) but seems to go down to like 62. There was a large tv with multiple channels, a decent sized fridge, and a coffee maker with free coffee as well as a table and large mirror for make up and such.

The toilet got pseudo clogged multiple times, holes in the bedsheets (maybe from cigarettes) but not that bad of an issue, and the floors were a little sticky. Bathroom floor when wet is COLD (but in all fairness we had the room set to 65).

The room was huge for the deal we got. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was a good choice and a quick drive in and out of NYC for touring. I would book this again.

The people upstairs had 4 children plus them These kids stomped and ran all night I have stayed here every weekend for the last 2 months and never had this issue It was just too much to handle. Children shouldn't be allowed unless you put them on the ground floor so they don't bother other people

The cleanliness and quite peaceful

Hot tub , shower water and sink didn't get hot since I checked in last night and it's still cold this morning called front desk NO Help. Can there be some type accommodation preferably

I came to relax and rejuvenate.. I was happy to see a blow dryer, refrigerator, and iron with ironing board all in 1 room. Rooms usually a hit or miss. This room was great.

The fact that there's no microwave in the entire facility is absurd! I went to bed on an empty stomach! Please add one in a general area.

Large sized room, comfortable bed, relatively close to the airport

It is a dated hotel and the age of the place reflects from the decor of the rooms and furniture

The room is wonderful and comfort. It located next to the Newark Airport.
