Hilton Garden Inn Secaucus/Meadowlands

Great location, very close to MetLife. The breakfast is not free but it is delicious and worth buying. They sell beer, wine and non alcoholic drinks on site. Beds were very comfortable. If you look just right you can see NYC skyline from your window. Has garage parking for free.

The room was a little worn, one of the paintings on the wall was missing, bottom of the bathroom door was frayed a bit. Overall good but not in excellent condition.

The staff was excellent! Booking.com apparently never shared our reservation to the hotel so we didn't have a room reserved when we arrived. The staff was able to find us a spot and even improved the price.

Sure to covid restrictions the pool hadn't reopened yet, and we didn't see any advance notification on their site or booking.com before arrival.

Breakfast was great but a little confusing. Was supposed to be until 11 but by 1030 everything was cleaned and put away which was a little disappointing but they had a big menu with lots of options! The pool was very nice, heated, clean, and a nice size. Bedroom was nice and clean the shower seemed to have some clear age and signs of rust but overall was delightful (: The location is nice and close to everything however to get across the street to restaurants and shops is a 15 minute drive as the hotel is right off a one way and you have to make multiple highway loops to get directly across the street. Staff was very kind and helpful and accommodating A little pricey in my opinion for what it was but still fair and would absolutely stay here again!

All staffs were very friendly , polite and helpful. The rooms and toilet was properly cleaned. Breakfast was very good. Ideal location to stay for watching concert at Metlife stadium. Special thanks to Brandon and others in front desk who made our weekend stay ( family) so comfortable. Five star to Hilton Garden Inn. Highly recommended.

We liked the large room. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was excellent and the sr ice was extremely good. The woman who took care of us was extremely helpful, patient and accommodating. (There were so many of us that we sat at the longest table in the house. )

The remote in that room needs replacement or serious cleaning. The person at the front desk could have been a little most friendly.

All the staff members were amazing! My husband and I felt like we were treated like family!! Everything was very clean and sanitized; we slept well as there were no loud noises of any kind around us. There were a few choices for breakfast and all were of great value and the food was good. We used the pool and hot tub the first night, and both were very clean. We had a very pleasant stay.

Good breakfast that was cooked to order. Rooms was clean and spacious. Check in was easy, as was checkout. Woudld stay there again if in area.

nothing that I can think of. We may have had a problem if we would not have arrived by 2 am. Out flight was very delayed due to weather.

There was a waitresses I don't remember her name but she was an older lady for give if I'm wrong but she look Chinese. Anyway she was great

I was told when I first arrived that they was short staff so house keeping wasn't just going to clean our room. If we needed them they will come and that was fine by me, but i seen them on my way out and I ask if she can leave towels she said ok but didn't

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome and ample, and the server was fantastic. The room was clean and the Wifi worked great.

The pool area was a bit dirty and ran out of towels. Location is awkward to get to.

It was really easy to connect with New York(Manhattan). The bus stop was only 5 - 7mins walk from the hotel. The room was clean and tidy.

It did not have any restaurants around, so the only option is to order via uber eats.
