Regarding liking the location is very good as bus stop is very near and all the shopping stores like WALL MART and other stores are very near to this hotel. Regarding breakfast This is not good as every hotel has more then what they kept no fruits no juices, no egg. Only they kept small muffin and biscuit and coffee.

Cleanliness is concern there is no one there to clean the room even on request and you know that if the room is not clean for 2 days then there is bad smell comes and some sometime mice is also there. this is with request you do something for the cleanliness as the location and all the other enmities are very good and staff is also very help full.

Staff was very nice. The room was big and clean, with a view and sunny. We were very close to a bus stop (320) that went directly to downtown New York and it got us back past midnight. We left at 11h38 but they didn't charge us an extra fee ! Big fridge, sofa, TV, dishwasher, microwave. Overall very satisfied!

It was a little disappointing to have to order a kitchen set, but we didn't cook so it was okay. The fire alarm went off at 10 AM because some people were cooking (they have a new system that's very sensitive to insure that people are not smoking).

It’s a really good value for the money, one of the cheaper places around. The staff is just excellent, very helpful and nice, we encountered three people at the reception during our stay and all of them were wonderful.

Don’t really count on the breakfast. It’s supposed to be an “granola bar”, but there are just packets of instant oats, that you can mix with hot water in a plastic cup. we were there for two days, came to breakfast always at around 8 and there was only coffee left every time :(

Location was great, lots of stores/restaurants near by

We unfortunately had to wake up in the early hours 2 of the 3 nights we stayed due to “sensitive fire alarms” per staff , but it was bothersome as they were extremely loud and jolted you out of your sleep. Pool was extremely chlorinated as well.

Bus stop to New York is across the street and front desk was so helpful

Dumb smoke alarm went off everyday we were there, once at 7am and again at 10pm it was ridiculous Also the bathroom door is a sliding door that's fine but it doesn't lock and was obvious that staff doesn't shut the door when cleaning bathroom cause back of door was very dirty

Overall very good for the price

The Breakfast was really disappointing, otherwise the hotel was very good, I think a better breakfast could elevate the quality even higher.

Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, they knew how to direct us to go by bus and return to Manhattan. Definitely a good place

You have to pay for the internet, it's only 1 hour free :)

property was clean and staff very friend the wi-fi worked really well. valentina at reception was absolutely amazing at helping us during our stay

Everything was convenient. Staff was friendly. Room was up to standard and beautiful.

There were ants next to nightstands when staying.

Everything was exceptionally great. The room was nice and cozy.

The only issue I have is the fact that I paid for the booking through booking.com and when I got to the hotel they made me pay again, so they double charged me and now I am still waiting to get this fixed.
