How clean it was and the architectural design of the hotel. The staff was super friendly and were very helpful in getting me an earlier check in time regardless of how packed they were. complimentary drinks and breakfast were awesome too.

The pool was really small. It became super packed with less than ten people. Kids would jump into the pool and no matter where you stood you’d get splashed. It was not fun for relaxing.

I absolutely love staying at the embassy suites! It’s always very clean and just a feeling high quality! I was sad that the breakfast was done when I made it downstairs. However the chef was so accommodating he offered to to make me an omelette which I graciously accepted! I will continue to stay at the Embassy Suites!! I also love how close it is to all of the restaurants and Walmart!! Just steps away!

I just wish the breakfast was later because I believe it was 9:30 when I made it down there.

Location was great - close to NYC/Times Square Fridge works well / it froze our water bottles overnight The water is extremely hot, which is great for a hotel with hundreds of rooms and for a mid-floor room

Parts of our room weren’t thoroughly cleaned when we checked in (old grape on the floor under the curtain) The shower (pipes) were extremely loud when turning on The shower head was either or - forceful or soft - no real in between

The way the room was setup. Staff and guest where friendly. My liked the extra soft blankets in the closet and the fact there where two separate televisions.

Parking could of been more convenient to get into hotel. Actual movie channels ‘Premium’ instead of Basic cable.

Very clean room, friendly/helpful staff. Everyone was really professional. Excellent service, breakfast was excellent. The cooking staff as well as the housekeeping were very personable. We always love staying here. 🙌🏻🙏🏻

There was nothing to complaint about.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised. My suite was amazing. 1 bedroom living room kitchenette. Everything was a great size. Loved that there was a tv in every room. Bathroom needs some updating but was a nice size and plumbing was great. Would definitely come again

Nothing….it was all wonderful!

That outside the rooms the hotel was very CLEAN.

That as BIG as the place is that they have such a SMALL swimming POOL.
