Spent three days at the aqua beach hotel and everyday I had to check out to move into another room. Never have I had this problem. Asian lady didn’t let us check in until 4pm. This was suppose to be a relaxing vacation but your hotel staff made sure I had the worse possible time running around with my bags. Also the other lady with the ponytail also made this complicated for no reason whatsoever. Atleast your other employees seemed to be cool. This will be the last time I ever book with at this hotel

Loved the location, just off the busy boardwalk with a beautiful view of the oceans. Loved the Bagel/Coffee cafe in the base of the hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating in both the hotel and the cafe— I had to drop my bag off early before check in as I arrived by bus and they kept it safe for me all morning! Beautiful spot. Gorgeous room. I can’t wait to return! And the rooftop view😍

Staff were helpful and they were constantly cleaning. Access to beach and boardwalk was great 👍 pool was a big hit. We enjoyed eating dinner take out by the pool, which has tables and chairs, grills etc., while kids enjoyed swimming. Having coffee shop on first floor was convenient. Great view on roof top, and hammocks are nice touch. They also have hammock swings, which kids loved it. Live music by the pool was nice.

The room was good but furniture can be updated. They were old, but the hotel seems working on updating rooms.

Location perfect for beach or boardwalk lovers. Room was decent, clean, nicely decorated and over all standard but comfortable.

It's the little details in the room that make a difference.. the interior wall in the bathroom had a hole where a door swung .. there are bumpers made to cover and fix easily. I am early morning coffee person I was disappointed with the hours of The hammock area .. I would have enjoyed relaxing up there at sunrise with my coffee while the others slept. Last the prominent smell of weed entered our room ..not sure you can do much about that maybe include weed products in your no smoking disclosure..

Location was very good -- across the road from the beach. The beach patrol provided quick transportation to the water and back again at the end of the day. We had an ocean view efficiency room that was very adequate. The sofa was sagging and needed replacement. The water pressure in the shower was low, but aside from that the unit was very good. The staff was helpful and accommodating.. Would definitely return.

Location was perfect! Very close to everything! Boardwalk was in walking distance and well as the beach! The upstairs with the hammocks was so relaxing, and the pool was great too. Great size and plenty of sitting areas.

The only thing I did not like was parking. If you stay during the week (slower time) it is perfect, but when it gets busy be careful. we went to dinner and could not find any parking had to park on the other side of the road. Not far of a walk but still an inconvenience.

This place was great for a quick 2 day trip. The location was great! The boardwalk is a short walk, there's an awesome bagel spot on the 1st floor and an ice cream shop next door. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate with us, so we didn't get to take in the hammock oasis on the 5th floor, which was the whole reason I picked this place, but it did look like it would be amazing if the sun were out. The beach view was pretty and the staff worked very hard keeping the place clean and the floors as dry as they could with the continuous rain. Our son was brave enough to go into the pool and hot tub and said it was great! The grills were nice & clean too!

The only thing that took me by surprise was that the ocean front balconies weren't private. When we are at the beach, we love cracking the door open at night to listen to the ocean, but you couldn't at this property.

The top deck with hammocks and pool chairs were amazing. My girlfriend and I spent a lot of our trip up too enjoying the sun and a view of the ocean. Definitely would stay again.

The TV in our room was a bit outdated. Granted we were in wildwood so tv was not our focus of the trip however coming home after a long night we would have loved to be able to watch Netflix or a show of our choice. The TVs did not have HDMI capabilities

Our room was comfortable and clean. The view was beautiful. I absolutely loved the beautiful lookout on the roof. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They were always busy maintaining the property, that was good to see. We had a great time.

Whoever stayed above us were so loud. It sounded like a kid was jumping on the bed and thumping around like a circus animal. I guess they were just excited to be on vacation, lol.

The staff was very nice. Our room was clean and spacious. We loved the pool and the hot tub. We spent most of our time there. Also loved the rooftop cabana. It's right on the beach and about a half a block from the beginning of the boardwalk, the location is perfect. We will definitely be staying there again when we come back!

I don't have anything to complain about.
