The host when checking in was very polite and helpful as well as the manager , very kind , helpful, and professional, room was very clean, and the view was awesome from the room balcony , pool and hotub was a great way to relax , I also like the fact that hotel 505 is pet friendly and allow pets for a small fee.

Breakfast only offers one waffle machine , due to the high amount of residents, it takes forever to get waffles , there should be at least 2 waffle makers.

For the amount that we spent and saved staying at this hotel. I was truly shocked by how clean an and comfortable this place was. It was probably the best all around experience we have had staying at hotels between 3 different states

I honestly can say I have nothing to complain about. All around best experience with booking a hotel without looking at it first . Iv spent twice as much before in rooms that weren't even half as comfortable and clean As this place was .

Beat place I've stayed while in Albuquerque. Loved the cleanliness! Kudos to cleaning staff! Room would have been perfect with microwave. Pool is a solid 10! Hot tub needed more working jets, otherwise temp was perfect! View was amazing! Breakfast was great! Excellent prices when you a babe on a budget. Definitely going to stay here again!!

Parking was tight. Pool hours could be earlier. Need more charging stations.

I let front desk employee know that the room I was given had many old blood stains, I was not comfortable in it. After I showed her pictures of the room she gladly switched my room. It was clean, I was comfortable

First room made me want to cancel my stay and ask for a refund. I appreciate they switched my room

Had a balcony. Never had a hotel room with a balcony before. Was kinda neat.

One of the light bulbs was missing from the nightstand lamp. The WiFi was terrible, it barely functioned. They need their WiFi infrastructure totally reworked. Having a Netgear router at one end of the hotel is not sufficient for the whole complex.

Always friendly atmosphere. Staff is always nice

Today was the only time we felt like we were being rushed out of our room. The staff usually let us leave at noon , but today we were rushed out by a staff member. She then persisted to stand in front of the door across us on her phone and stayed there till we left. We never had this happen to us before and we’ve been staying since 2017

It was close to hospital wher we didn't drive far to get to hospital... if only they have hospital rates it wud b great cuz at times it's a get up n go that it's hard financially when it's for couple days

First room ther was no light bulb on the lamp ... got that fixed than the toilet bowl couldn't flash ... so we wer given another room n that room was in good condition

Location. Close to where we needed to handle business. Pool. My kid loved the spacious pool. Staff. The lady who checked us in was nice and understanding.

Dead bugs. When we checked in, our room had dead cockroaches in various corners of the room. Sucked cause my kid was curious.

Pretty quiet and convenient to downtown and a nice view of downtown at night and sandia Mt during the day. The clean the pool area often throughout the week.

Breakfast could have a fee add ons.

The location was great really close to the UNM Hospital it was very charming and so nice to see the picture of the old facility and great to see they built to it and they keep it clean the continental breakfast was great lot to choose from

The parking spots were narrow
