Days Inn by Wyndham Carlsbad

Overall our stay was reallly good. The front desk was very accommodating to us needing extra towels, an extra blanket and pillow. They even gave us a list of food places that was even broken down into types of food which was very convenient!

The room could have been a little cleaner and the towels had hair from someone else on them. The pool also needed a good cleaning. Was a little foggy and seemed a little dirty.

Very clean.. We loved that the pool was inside not outside. The hot tub was amazing. The staff was so very friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good and had s variety. The room was large, the a/c kept us cool, and everything worked as it should except the fridge which we really didn't need anyway. The wifi was good too. Would definitely recommend and if we come this way again we will return to this hotel for another stay.

The refrigerator freezer was iced over and the refrigerator part wasn't cold. The pool was colder than expected.

The room was very nice. I just had issues with the wifi, which my smartphone couldn't pick up. Otherwise the pace was very clean, spacious and quiet.

Check-in was really quick. The room was comfortable and clean. The workers were all friendly and helpful. They took the time to ask how things were and if I needed anything.

The breakfast items were few: cheese omlettes, sausage, breads and cereals, coffee and juice. That's plenty but fresh fruit would be nice. If there were other options the kitchen folk didn't say (but I didn't ask either).

Our visit to Carlsbad was to go to the Caverns. The location was best for me. Also- the room was nice and cool our whole stay.

Toilet is to low , need caulking in bathtub and they spray to much strong stuff in room. Our windows had to be open to draw out the strong scent. Everything was good.

Very clean, newly remodeled, great breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. Staff put my freezer packs to keep Rx cold in office freezer for me as wouldn't work in smaller frig in room.

I appreciated all the Covid precautions, the proximity to Walmart and Carlsbad Caverns, the hot tub/pool, and the breakfast. My daughter loved the pancake machine that cooked a fresh pancake at the touch of a button! I appreciated the fresh milk and many options for breakfast.

The decor was a bit outdated, especially in the lobby. The room size was adequate -- it felt small for a family of 4, but it was fine for one night.

Grandsons loved it. Very clean, pleasant and nice variety of food.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, reasonable rates, comfortable beds, will be returning when in carlsbad again....

Was a sticky spot on the carpet in our room. Nothing huge. Looks like so.eone had tried to clean it up but when it dried it got sticky again....Pool wasn't open due to stupid covid 19 mandates from der fuhrer in santa fe....other than that good stay, good breakfast, Comfortable beds, friendly staff....will definitely be back
