Front desk staff I dealt with were all really nice. I was glad to be on a bottom floor and able to park relatively close to unload. There was hot water and the AC worked (which doesn't always seem to be the case when staying at hotels these days!) TV was simple to use. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. They are definitely doing work to upgrade the property Not too bad of a drive to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountain National Park

All the cigarette butts all over the handicap spot right outside my door and people smoking right there. Maybe set up a smoking area at the back of the property with a bench and cigarette butt trash container so it takes them away from doorways. The parking was very crowded and a little tricky to drive through when full.

Location was reasonably priced, one of the nearest to Carlsbad Caverns National Park (purpose of the visit). Staff were very professional, polite, congenial and knowledgeable re: locality & destination. Room was very clean & comfortable.

No restaurant facilities of any type within easy walking distance of the motel, unless you'd actually consider eating Domino's Pizza.

The staff was extremelly kind and fun! In the morning we asked for a hairdryer and no problems, they passed me one. It's a clean and simple Motel 6 room. Perfect if you want to go to the Cavern the next day. Bed was comfy and water in shoower was hot.

Well, it's not the fault of the hotel - but trucks/SUV started to move at 4.30am in the street and it was noisy! It's a warm area so I guess people work very early.

There was an ice machine, vending machine and free coffee at the lobby in the morning. There was a working swimming pool. There were two entrances to the parking lot. The room had a microwave and a fridge. There was even an electric car charger option available as well!

The walls were a bit thin. The room is smaller than other motel 6.

It was near what we came into the area to see and easy to find. There was a pizza place across the street. It was a little confusing coming in at night at there was a gated lot next door I originally pulled into.

There was a step going upstairs that was different size than the others and almost caused me to fall down the stairs.

Continental breakfast the waffles were great. Oatmeal, biscuits, bagels, cereal. Great selections.easy Access to hwy.

No microwave but found out that I had booked a room with no microwave so it was my fault. Everyone was very polite and enjoyed visiting with other guests at breakfast 🥞

Great convenient location that was cleaner than the sounding area by far! The outside structure of the property seems somewhat dated, but don’t be fooled! This hotel was an amazing stay at a great price!

The property was great, but the surrounding areas of the city had so much trash. it was sad to see.

We liked the location of the hotel close to where we were going. Price was good for a one night stay

Beds move with any little movement my kids kept pushing them. Sheets were stained, the platform the bed is on was dusty, hairs in the sink and shower.

The room was comfortable. Century Located to many places

There was a broken tile that we kept running into and stepping on so I was a little uncomfortable and also the beds are too soft and it was hurting my back.

My stay was ok. Room was clean, Staff was friendly, especially the old black woman she was Awesome. And the Indian manager he was very friendly. Housekeepers were INCREDIBLE
