We used this hotel for a family gathering spot for those from out of town. The expansive lobby and outdoor patio were perfect for evening gatherings. The doubled breakfast spots were excellent.

The location next to the mall could be a plus or minus depending on your point of view.

The location is excellent. It’s opposite the mall so easy to shop and buy lunch and dinner. Very very neat and clean. Rooms are large and updated. Lots of hot water. bed is comfortable.

Not enough hot breakfast options. The breakfast is monotonous .

A little bit of bath water was left in the tub when we arrived. I think it wasn't drained after cleaning. Everything else was clean. After a horrible experience with Hilton Garden Inn we swore off Hilton. This Homewood Suites stay gave us faith in the Hilton brand again.

This building houses two hotels, an extended stay Homewood suites and bargain Hilton Tru. The staff here are incredibly helpful and welcoming. The front desk and breakfast buffet staff especially were great!

The room seem only partially finished in terms of preparation for guest arrival. There was no shampoo and the ice bucket was not prepped and left out. The pet fee is outstanding for this location. Other area hotels charge a $75 flat fee. This hotel charges $120.

We had everything we could have needed for our stay. We had kitchen supplies. We have provided laundry facilities. Convenient to a huge mall.

Guests could be noisy. This is not the hotel's fault. There were also noisy pets.

Breakfast and breakfast crew during the week were the best I’ve experienced. Waffles to order, extremely pleasant and very helpful. The ladies asked for nothing in return. Fitness center was large and well stocked. Can’t go wrong with a location that close to Crossgates mall and I-87 and I-90.

Asked for adjoining rooms. They couldn’t accommodate. In fact it was insanely frustrating. We stayed here because i was told we could have adjoining rooms when i personally called the manager. I had to clean out old food from the cabinets in our kids’ room and i Had to get the hotel maintenance personnel to install the batteries in the new safes not yet mounted to the floors in either room.

had to change dates do to sickness and was going to charge me for room and after 4 hours of on and off the phone i finally got Bonnie and she changed it with a smile and no penalty. she is the best

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean larger than expected and comfortable. It had pots/pans and dishes which i hadnt expected. There was a pool table in the lobby which should be advertised.

Gorgeous,comfortable hotel with EXCEPTIONAl customer service! MIRACLE and KIYAH were so kind, pleasant and patient every step of the way. These ladies gave phenomenal service! My family and I will definitely be returning. Breakfast is also delicious,Jessica assisted us and was also very friendly. These ladies made our stay even better. 4stars!!

Perfect location, large selection for breakfast, hotel room was very comfortable and spacious. Rooms exceeded expectations - providing coffee / tea, ample storage spaces, and enough bathroom / kitchen supplies. Exceptional first floor facilities.
