I suffer from motion sickness and I have to stop after about 3 hours of travel. Binghamton was midway to my destination and I stopped at the Fairfield Inn around 10:00 Am. I knew I was too early to check in but I planned to go next door to Cracker Barrel and have breakfast anyway. I thought I could use up about 2 hours between breakfast and a bit of shopping at the store and I did. When I stopped back at the front desk, they graciously accommodated my early check in and I was able to go to my room and relax for the rest of the day. I will not hesitate to stay with the Fairfield Inn again when I come around this way next June.

I miss the bathtub but I can’t complain about the walk-in shower. It is lovely and clean and I appreciate the shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied for me.

We had our parents stay, and they all enjoyed the walk in shower as they are seniors in a tub is hard to get into. They love the room, said that they were very neat and clean king size bed with very comfortable and a pretty good breakfast in the morning.

I do think hotels need to start changing their check-in and checkout times. To check in at 3 PM and only be able to stay until 11. The next morning is not even 24 hours and most people get up and leave in the morning to continue their vacation and/or journey. So the room reads are really overpriced in my opinion and it’s not just this hotel it’s every single hotel. Check out could still be at 11 and check-in‘s could still be at 11 not every room is locked down for them to clean as soon as a guest leaves, they go clean the room move the next guest in, just my thought  otherwise everything was outstanding. Thank you. 

The room was spacious and very clean. The desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The shower was the best I’d had in ages! Loved the water pressure and the toiletries.

Not much! We would have preferred a king bed but there were none left. We find double beds a little to small,for us and we were told that they did not have any rooms with queen beds. Breakfast selection was pretty slim.

Well it's not their fault but they were under construction renewing things kind of a burden but it was okay

The employees working at the front desk were friendly, polite and professional. The staff working at the breakfast area were very friendly and diligent about refilling coffee, food, etc. They also made sure to clean tables quickly and thoroughly as guests left seating area.

Overall the room and bathroom were clean. The shower, however looked a little dirty and the shower curtain was moldy. The breakfast bar had variety but the eggs and sausages served were sub par and definitely could have been hotter.

Clean and comfortable.good breakfast. reception and dining is very cooperative almost every thing is excellent.

I like everything's but 2 bottles complement water is very essential in the room.

Immaculately kept hotel and rooms, very modern facilities and bathroom (loved the shower), very comfy beds and quiet room. Nice breakfast included as well. Plus walking distance to a few good restaurant options right next door.

The pool was a little smaller than expected, but not a problem since we didn't end up using it. I like that there are two good restaurant options within walking distance. The mattresses in the queen room were very comfortable, and breakfast was better than expected.

Well there was construction going on didn't know it but we all worked around it

The staff were friendly and helpful and I very much appreciated being offered a room on a quiet floor as there was an event happening on the first floor. My room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet had no hot water for tea and needed a larger variety of teas, I would have preferred fresh fruit and choice of bagel or English muffins on the breakfast buffet. Thére was no tea offered in my room with the coffee maker.
