Red Roof Inn Binghamton North

Lovely renovations since my son was in college 8 yrs ago! Everything front area to room really clean. Updated bathroom, new rug, everything spotless, no smell anywhere. Very comfortable mattress. Staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful, all went above & beyond, especially Carolyn & Sam, & I didn't get name of helpful man my last night. Breakfast area clean, well-stocked nice continental selections plus juice & coffee machines, fruit & great waffle maker. Joined rewards program because now my son lives there & I'll be coming up couple times a year!

Learned how flimsy walls & floors are to loud talkers, loud music late & loud stompers. Next time will stay on 2nd floor & get help with my luggage!

Quiet room, comfortable bed, good shower, loved the wood floor (so much more sanitary than carpet), easy parking. Max at the front desk was very helpful.

Limited space around the sink for toiletries. There were no towel racks in the bathroom. No one wants a wet hand towel that doesn’t dry laying next to the sink, and it’s very difficult for anyone who stays more than one night and wants to help the environment by reusing towels. Please do your guests a favor and add some towel racks.

Front desk was always friendly and helpful; the location is great! I walked my dog around the neighbourhood and even into the trail in the woods before checking out. Good layout of the rooms with the pet-friendly wing.

Don't know if it can be helped but the doors shutting make a very loud noise which makes dogs want to bark... but considering that we had the room right beside the front desk and that all the pet-friendly rooms were occupied, the noise level wasn't too bad.

The concierge was very friendly and receptive. She did an excellent job of checking us in. The included breakfast was a nice addition to our stay. The bed was comfortable. It was also very cost-friendly for budget travels going on an adventure.

Nothing bad to say. The Red Roof Inn provides quality stays for budget travelers. The room was not super-super clean but it was not dirty either. It was a functional room with suitable services, amenities, and beds.

The staff at your place made the stay wonderful. They were helpful, hospitable, and made us feel like family A special shout out to Carolyn, Jackie and Nataniale. A very special thanks to John in going out of his way to help me locate my phone!! The RRI is lucky to have such dedicated and friendly staff. The location is ideal, with a petrol pump close by and a McDonalds. Easy access to the University, shopping and yet away from the rush and noise.

Stayed here with my better half and don en route to visit family. We picked up dinner at a grocery store on route and were thrilled to have both a microwave and fridge. The breakfast was also great since we could make our own waffles. Finally, we were thrilled that our dog stayed for free! We will definitely be looking for a Red Roof Inn next time we need to stay with him.

It was a great value for the money. A nice sized room with good mattresses. The breakfast was basic but it did have hot waffles and a nice place to sit. We would definitely stay here again.

Mattresses and pillows were good but the bed was a little creaky and the freezer needed defrosting. There were a few cosmetic issues but overall a great stay for a Budget motel. Thank you very much

The room was clean. We enjoyed the waffles for breakfast. The facility was pretty full but we had no issues with noise. It was pretty warm out when we arrived and appreciated the air conditioning already being on for us.

One of the things that really attracted me to this facility was the photos on line of no carpet. Our room did have carpet. We were happy to be on the first floor so did not request a change.

It was clean. It was wifi and cable ready, didn't have to put in any password. The room had a fridge and microwave. The beds were extremely comfortable.

The toilet was loose. It felt as if it was going to fall apart as soon as you sat on it. The drawers to place your clothing were unstable. The walls were extremely thin. I could hear the people in the room above me walking across the floor and I could hear people in the rooms surrounding mines talking and laughing. Which wasn't bad. I just felt like there weren't any privacy. They could have added more to the breakfast menu.

Room arrangement is comfortable for working and entertainment with MAX access. Shower and bathroom roomy enough. Generally quiet during the evening. Sometimes a dog bark or baby cry and morning rustle with occasional door slamming. Staff very courteous.
