Good location for accessing transit and JFK, but also walking distance from lots of restaurants and shopping. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful, including booking me an early cab to airport and recommending a diner for breakfast.

More vegan options at hotel breakfast would be helpful.

Lovely view of manhatten . Great size room . Tv in the room . Shower was great. Breakfast was good but really busy . Fruit juices tea coffee cereal and porridge sachets. Fresh fruit yogurts eggs and sausage patties breads and waffles as well as croissants. Not too far from a subway station . Next door but 1 to a pub and across from dunkin donuts . It's basic but cheap . We felt safe and it had everything we needed . Would deffo. Go back

Breakfast was too busy . Sometimes no seats so we grabbed and go to the room with it . Everything else was good.

It's a lovely little cozy hotel. The location is perfect, because the subway station is right around the corner and it'll get you straight to the most popular spots in Midtown. As a bonus, you've got Dunkin' and PopEyes right across the road😄. Everything went smoothly and rooms were clean and ready.

The breakfast was rather dissapointing. Choices were quite limited. And the dinning room... If you hadn't found the right time, you wouldn't have had a place to sit or even stand. It happened to us 4 out of our 6 days there. It was very annoying.

Very comfortable bed. Good location, close to the subway. Safe neighborhood during the night as well. Breakfast included. I would be happy to stay here again.

Breakfast was decent but had limited options, our main issue was the lack of vegetables. The breakfast area is very small, half of the time we had to pick up the food and bring it back to our room. There were only paper plates and plastic silverware (but technically this was good since we had to bring our food to our room)

Everything was amazing, housekeeping very kindly excepted the second day when come down to grab breakfast was exactly 9:58 and the desk person was on this moment answer been rude breakfast time is done and day before, came down exactly at 10:00 and the person was absolutely kind and asking me how many breakfast I want.

I'm very thankful with the service and attention. Being my first trip to NY, all questions made by chat or phone were answered, and even helped me with a check-in issue on the place. I might expect a slight better option for breakfast (hard bagels, weird eggs), but attention, cleanliness, and the rooms were all great. I reserved as a place to sleep only, so I can't talk much about extra services, for me it was a great and confortable place to sleep and breakfast.

Good sized room, quiet, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came every day. Breakfast was not a gourmet affair - but is not intended to be - its a quick bite to set you up for the day and was perfectly acceptable. Hotel in a good spot - we felt safe, it was 5 mins to the subway and there were lots of great restaurants within walking distance. For the price, we were super happy with our stay!

Teeny tiny bathroom towels!

Location was superb. It was 5 min walk to subway & easy access to bus station. Near also to convenient store. Breakfast is ok even if it was the same food everyday. I liked also at they change the towel everyday since we stayed in the hotel in 1 week. Good wifi connection. Will surely come back in this hotel in the near future.

The room is a bit little for us 4 but it is manageable. A little bit noisy in our room since our room is next to elevator.

A couple of the front desk people were wonderful. However, there was one front desk attendant that blatantly and obviously tried to cheat me on my change when I bought items from the small sundry store. When I was counting my change she must have noticed I had a puzzled look on my face and she quickly took a $5.00 out and handed it back to me. That’s the exact amount I was missing.

Just 400 meters from 2 metro stations. Nice access to Manhattan. Hotel was ok, nice people at te reception, room was not spatious but it did the job. Bathroom was also ok, showering in Bath tub not a problem because of the effective shower curtain which did not stick/touch the body. Beds were ok, a little hard for me.

Breakfast was less good. Little choice. Due to covid there were no chairs and everybody should eat in their own room, but in reality a lot people stayed in the breakfast area which resulted in overcrowded area. Area was way to small for the hotel and the number of guests.
