It was comfortable and relaxing

Worked out well with my handicapped mother. Roll in shower was perfect. But lack of safety rails closer to the toilet and on both sides were an issue for her. She almost fell off the toilet at one point. I always bring a commode with us for night time use. The bed was just the right height for her to get onto and out by herself. I have had to remove box springs or legs in many hotels for my mother because she is 5' and one side of her body is very weak from a stroke 20 years ago (I always return the bed to its original state, sometimes with the help of maintenance. Cots are too low and soft for her to get of in the middle of the night by herself.).

This hotel is a bit of a hidden gem. It is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spacious for New York. They come with a kitchennette including a refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher. The bathroom is private with farm doors and glass walk-in showers. The staff at this location were very friendly and hospitable. We drove so there is a cost associated with parking, and parking is limited, but we were able to secure parking. The hotel is right off the main road and around the corner from the train, so commuting is not an issue. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again!!!

The price for a one-night stay and parking is a bit high.

We thought that the hotel was clean, and comfortable. The breakfast room was outstanding, and the food was good. The bed was very comfortable. But, the biggest positive was the staff. NOT A ONE of them was less than happy and pleasant to interact with. Even a maintenance may that I bumped into was nice and all smiles.

There was really nothing that either of us could think that could improve the experience.

Breakfast was a joke...people nice, but basically same low quality food daily, no variety. Understand waffle maker issues during pandemic, but given self serve everything else, the substituted packaged toaster waffles were ridiculous...could have turned the waffle maker back on! Eggs were low quality. Breakfasts definitely the low point of stay,

Some lovely staff members who were more than helpful to give directions and provide assistance (such as printing negative PCR results - useful in these Covid times!) Clean and comfortable rooms - much better than a conventional hotel for long stays, as there is a full size fridge and microwave etc. Location is excellent - subway round the corner gets you to Times Square in 30 mins. Neighborhood felt safe and there was plenty to eat, drink etc in walking distance to hotel. On-site laundry was super convenient. There is also a simple gym (treadmills, bikes, free weights (mainly dumbells) for the healthy among you.

Very few - if any - complaints. The complimentary breakfast is nice, but not many healthy options. Some more nutritious cereal options would have been ideal - however, given what I saw in local supermarkets, it is hard to find anything low sugar in these parts:) Although it was not cheap, compared to hotels in Manhattan and close by, it was good value.

access to nightlife, clean, and comfortable

after check-in when we got to our room we found several of your housekeeping staff hanging out inside our room. it was kind of creepy- at least three just hanging out

Loved that there was basically a full kitchen and that the bathroom was huge. If I had gotten a room on a higher floor, I would've been quite happy.

Was surprised/disappointed to find that my room was in the basement so the view was not nice/it was dark.

Loved oatmeal. It had no sugar in it. Staff all friendly.

Breakfast cereal without sugar.

Staff were exceptionally friendly especially check-in and check-out. Hot breakfast was great for a free breakfast. Lots of choices and nice staff. Location was convenient to Barclays and about 50 ft from Subway!
