Clean and COVID safety in place. Great price for the area compared to surrounding hotels. On site daily paid parking.

Long waits for the 1 elevator, couldn’t get replacement towels not available from housekeeping and they should replace or repair furniture in the rooms that are damaged (chairs, cabinet doors and desk/counters).

Hotel was quiet and clean which is what we needed essentially. The rooms are relatively small which is in par with the normal hotel room in NYC. They serve a very rich breakfast which is included in price and that was a nice bonus.

Very slow elevators

The front desk clerk in the evenings was super nice, helpful, and friendly. The room was comfortable and a reasonable size for New York hotels. There was a refrigerator in the room, and a nice big TV. The location was good - close to downtown Brooklyn, the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, good restaurants.

The only elevator for the property was very slow. I didn't like that they only clean rooms after 3 days. You have to ask for fresh towels and coffee at the front desk every day..

The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and entertainment in every direction. The staff was friendly and the facility was neat and clean. Room service was excellent. The price point was great and the food was good. I would stay again.

I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room. The elevator was also weird and a bit wonky. The rooms was also a bit tight, we didn’t mind it because it was comfortable for our us and one little one but it is something you may want to keep in mind.

I only stayed for one night but breakfast was good considering there was limited options and they have the food in "grab bags" due to covid. The room was very clean and cozy. Plus the price was very good considering it was directly in middle of downtown Brooklyn. They had security locks on 24/7 which gave me peace of mind.

Even though the room was very clean they do not check everything. When I checked on the ice bucket that was provided there was still water in the bucket and it started to have mold in it.

The complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff serving was was friendly and it was a good variety offered. The location was great. Everything was in walking distance and the subway was a block away. Overall, all of the hotel staff were very accommodating, friendly, and hospitable, they all helped to make our stay worthwhile.

Breakfast was great. We were not familiar with the area but made out ok.

That there was no shuttle bus service to run us to do shopping.

The location was great and best part was being able to reserve parking for $40/day and being able to come and go in a well-lit lot!!

I couldn’t figure out how to adjust air temp, it was a bit noisy and I had requested a quiet room.

The first night we had to walk up 8 flights of stairs due to the elevator being out of service. Other than that this was an EXCELLENT place to stay.

The location close to the transport and the volutad of solving problems on the part of the manager and some people at the reception.

Cleaning the carpet in the room could be better. No do they clarify in Booking.com that the 50 USD guarantee they charge, is per day not for the entire stay.
