Love the location. Bed is comfortable. Shower is good pressure. Breakfast was added. Good effort but could use more options. Check in and out very easy

Keep improving breakfast - offer whole grain bread, maybe oatmeal and yogurt. Air temperature in room was very humid. Check A/C.

Rooms were perfect, clean and big enough, nice beds.

Staff is not very interested when you arrive. There is a selfservice incheck tablet which doesnt stand out. After standing in the lobby for about 3 minutes the lady in the corner on a laptop decided to say something. Not welcome or can i help you, but checkin is there on the tablet.... But now give me your name. My advise is receive your guests with a warmer welcome and explain, be proactive dont let your guest search. Not a biggy, just nice for your first impression

Good value for your money, safe location across police station in a good partly industrial neighbourhood. 15 min walk to metro or ferry. Ferry from Red Hook to Manhattan or Brooklyn Park is great for weekdays with excellent city views. Clean room, friendly personnel. We stayed with 3 persons (also a 7y old) for a week and do recommend this place.

Provide a local map with restaurants, bakeries, coffee bars, route to ferry & metro ;-)

The amount of space and upgraded rooms were much better than you typically would get for this price in New York.

The place was nice, and we are familiar with New York so we expect to walk, however in this case it was a fair walk to get to the metro. It would be great if there were some more basic facilities available within or closer to the hotel - in particular... a coffee machine in the lobby would go a long way!

Convenient location, very friendly staff especially the gentleman that checked us in, good price, clean overall, nice AC.

Very noisy in the early morning (2am), like people were shuffling and walking around constantly. Then at 8am cleaning staff would be talking loudly down the hall and in front of our door (supply closet was directly in front of our room).

Check in was super easy and fast, they also allowed us to check in 3 hours early free of charge which was great. The room and bathroom was super clean it felt almost brand new. Overall for the price we paid it was a really clean, nice quiet hotel!

the staff looked either overworked or understaffed didn't have a reception desk but a table where they the staff would try to help you our key cards didn't work at first and had to wait until next day for the staff to have them provide to me

Safe neighbourhood even at night; 10-15 min walk to the nearest bars and food places - I recommend to check the breweries in the area also; 10-15 min walk to the nearest subway station or 2 min walk to the bus station; comfortable bed, daily supply of water and coffee K-capsules; 2 min walk to the nearest breakfast/sandwich shop; 3 min walk/1 min drive to the gas-station; deposit refund in 5-7 days.

strands of hair on the towels (upon request were changed); in my 2nd stay in a period of 2 weeks, I was booked in the basement with bad access to Wifi (Roku-based TV did not have connection - useless), also slow elevator to the basement and small window view in the parking-lot - not expecting to get such a room as returning customer, even if it is for only 1 night.
