The bed was comfy but needed more pillows. The ac kept it cold enough to cuddle.

It was upstairs which was a pain. The bathroom door didn't close.

Facility is in rough shape without many amenities. New ownership may improve these things

The refrigerator didn't work for my medicine you. The door lock that goes over the door was not fixed right .

Cuz I couldn't put my medicine in the refrigerator. I had to ask for remote control for the TV,

Hallways stunk so bad..Bums were harassing us for cigarettes when we stood outside..windows were broke.bathroom is horrible..I can go on but yeah NO

Absolutely nothing to like about this place.

The room was extremely dusty. The mattress’s were so old and worn they each had human sized holes. The room looked like a crime scene patch job. The locks on the door were broken as if the door had been kicked in. The moldings around the bathroom door were literally puzzle pieced together and staple gunned in place. Bedding and towels were stained so terribly looked like mold. The rugs in the room were filthy. I called ahead of time to find out about a pet policy. The person I spoke to said no pets and hung the phone up on me. As soon as I walked inside this slum there was a typed up sign printed in black and white explaining their pet policy. The house maids are unaware of vacant and occupied rooms. They let themselves into my room while my family and I were not even dressed, witnessed my anger and proceeded to ask me questions and laugh and smile. When I complained at the front desk the guy came out put his head down and did nothing more.

The location was the only thing that was good.

From the moment we walked in the door there was an unpleasant odor. It was very dark and we wondered if the front desk was even open. We had 5 adults so we rented 2 rooms. The rooms smelled like they had been smoked in and didn't appear to be clean. The curtains were coming off of the walls. The bathroom walls and doors were dirty. The bathtubs were dirty so even though we had planned to shower, we were not comfortable with how they looked. One of the rooms had a vent covering off in the bathroom and the area where it had been looked moldy and rusty. One bathroom door wouldn't close. There were holes from when towel and toilet paper racks had been moved that were not filled in. There was not any tissue in the holder. The bedspreads were very old and didn't look like the updated kind in the photos. The bedding did not smell fresh. One of the pillow cases appeared to have blood on it and there were a few drops of what appeared to be blood on the floor. In the other room, there was a dime on the floor and the floor was sticky in places which was another indication that it hadn't been swept or mopped. The rooms looked like they hadn't been painted or updated in years. We really did not want to stay but hadn't arrived until after 9:30 p.m. and were really tired and had to be up at 4:30 the next day for our daughters to catch a flight and didn't want to take the time to find a new hotel. Also, we had paid for this one through an on-line booking which I will never do again because then we couldn't just leave and get a new one without paying more money. I have pictures of most of these things. We were all extremely disappointed. The photos online did not match what we experienced.
