Holiday Inn Express Syracuse Airport, an IHG Hotel

The renovated rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating, allowing me a late checkout and arranging shuttle transportation to the airport at my convenience.

Breakfast was supposed to run until 9:30. At 8:40, they’d already picked up several items and by 9:00 everything was cleaned up. The tv and internet were sporadic and I ended up shutting both down and reading instead. I understand they’re undergoing renovations, but it was a little underwhelming.

The front staff was very friendly and I helped them solve and issue with another guests room and was able to get a newly renovated room which I really enjoyed.

The breakfast was offered until 930 but I went at 9 and there was no food available (empty). I sadly had to get going and could no wait to see if it would be refilled.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They were doing some renovations on the lobby area but even so, they kept every organized and clean. The room was spotless and it's super close to the airport which helped me a lot. Definitely would stay again. Breakfast is included and there's also a shuttle to the airport.

The location was great , hotel staff and front desk were friendly to help. Breakfast was good and airport shuttle was timely for a drop and pickup.

Was comfortable for a short one night stay. Breakfast area was little small but hotel front desk did mentioned some renovation for this area. Rest all was good.

The man who checked us in was so funny. He made us laugh and it immediately made us feel comfortable. Pool was nice but very crowded with teenagers playing marco polo. It was impossible to do anything but sit at the edge. Bed was very comfortable. We slept great. Breakfast was much better than we expected; cheese omletes, regular and turkey sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, egg white veggie omeletes, pancakes, as well as assorted cereals, bagels , muffins and juices. Entire staff was very friendly.

It was quite expensive, however, it was a last minute booking.

This is next to Hancock Airport. Perfect for an early flight.

The driveway access is hard to get into. The hotel is under a two floor renovation and needs a new elevator. Rugs are being removed plastic sheeting Is up. Looks like a crime scene less the yellow tape.

We left too early, breakfast wasn't available yet, but coffee was available.

Not the hotels fault, but price was much more than listed as when I went to the hotel website, it automatically directed me to booking co. I was not happy with tge final price, but not the hotels fault

They offered shuttle service to anywhere in a 5 mile radius I wanted to go. I dropped off my rental car yesterday and they picked me up and took me to a restaurant of my choice. When I was done they picked me up and brought me to hotel. They also took me to airport in morning. Dan who drove the vann was excellent. James at front desk was excellent too.

The property is clean and secure. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The lovely pool, exercise room and vending machines, late at night, were only outdone by the breakfast, in a clean dining area with plenty of options, hot and cold. It was above average and I appreciate all of the attention to details.

I liked it all. We had a pleasant stay.

The room was very clean. And the bed was comfortable.

When you ask a staff member where something was and they had to call there boss and the boss was screaming at her.
