I have stayed at Hampton Inn and suites before and been very pleased. This Hampton inn was somewhat smaller than the others, but I have to say the quality was as good as I’ve experienced at the others.

There is a big construction site on a building that sits in front of the Hampton Inn, which threw me off as I thought that I had arrived to the wrong location. It’s somewhat blocks the building of the Hampton Inn, and doesn’t give a good impression at the start. Hopefully the construction of that property will be completed because it does make an impression for your customers.

As we walked into the front desk. We were greeted by Sandy a lovely lady who was a pleasure. She gave us brochures of the area including a list of restaurants near by. Later that day we had the pleasure meeting Catherine she is a wonderful lady who gave us alot of information about the area, very friendly and always with a beautiful smile. She was very accommodating and made us feel like home and for that we are very thankful. We are definitely coming back.

Hampton Inn Fishkill is excellent for a stay in Dutchess County. I’ve stayed at many of the local hotels over the years and can confirm this was my favourite. The room had all advertised amenities and was very clean. I enjoyed using the swimming pool, which has a great view of the mountains. Breakfast was good and had a range of foods on offer. Staff were excellent. I like forward to staying again in the future!

My only complaint is that the infrequent room servicing meant you ran out of towels very quickly. Maybe giving guests double the towels if they are staying for more than 3 days would improve the stay in future.

Clean, modern decor, great breakfast, staff were supremely friendly and helpful. Too tired to use the pool but it looked very inviting. The best Hampton Inn I've stayed at!

The mattress coils were evident when I turned over at night. A denser and firmer mattress would be recommended. Mirrors in the room and bathroom were a little too glitzy! Subtle elegance, like the rest of the space, would enhance the overall effect! The bedside USB port did not work in my room.

The staff accommodated my request for a late checkout. The free breakfast has lots of variety. Without a car of our own, we were able to walk to get fet food nearby and even catch a movie.

My partner and I both work remotely and needed an additional chair for the second desk in the room. A request for an additional desk chair exposed a furniture scarcity at the hotel.

Breakfast was very good and convenient. The staff was very friendly and professional. Location was ideal. immediately adjacent to I-84.

The changes “due to Covid” that eliminate room services. We were there for 5 nights and made our own bed, and we found the cleaners to swap used bath linens for fresh ones. Again, the staff was very accommodating, but the new policy is disappointing to those of us that have travelled for decades and truly appreciate being pampered with daily cleaning.

We stayed on the way home from Cape Cod. Helped to break up the trip. Also visited Beacon. The hotel was conveniently located, the staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. AC worked well, shower was good, bed was comfy.

Hampton Inn rooms are darkly lit. I have found this to be the case at a few of them. Little sources of light around the room, but no way to just "turn on the lights." It make reading a bit of a pain.

The location was great, the front desk clerk Catherine was very nice. Room was great. Breakfast was good. The frittata was not the best choice of eggs (peppers are not for everyone). The breakfast person was rude! Checkout was good and the young lady was very nice.

Superior customer service. First class facility with high-quality furnishings throughout. Super comfortable, inviting king bed. Modern, quality furnishings and fixtures in the room. Good breakfast.

Only gripe is the half-open shower design causes splashes in the bathroom, so need towels to mop up the water and made me afraid to take a proper shower and flood the bathroom.

we like the layout. lots of parking. breakfast was good. pool was ok water was cold but the pool room itself was warm. friendly staff.

for some reason, I feel like they were cleaning the rooms on our floor the whole day. so I always hear a vacuum cleaner on.
