Front desk clerk was pleasant & efficient. Check in & out were quick for all 3 room we reserved. The rooms were clean as were the bathroom. AC worked well. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of options.

The property does not have an elevator which was challenging for 3 of our party with ambulatory issues. This was not information shared in the description of the property. Even with the explanation of this, we were not offered ground level accommodations, which in all fairness may have been due to the fact that it was college move in day, however we were there before the property became busy so there was most likely a way to move our rooms to the lower level.

This hotel is strategically located in the middle of farm country in Western N.Y.. The bowling alley/pub has a vary good beef-on-wick. The excellent foot long hotdogs are served on homemade rolls. One of the few hotels with an outdoor pool. The pool area had a small pavilion with picnic tables, perfect for eating your beef-on-wick. The refrigerators are large enough to hold medium size coolers.

Great breakfast. Variety hot and cold foods. Clean rooms. One hall smelled like stale smoke, but might have just been other occupants. Great pool with real deep end.

I thought the pool was indoors with a hot tub, but must have mistaken it with another hotel's pics. We actually were glad the pool was outside since it was so hot while we were there.

It was great and had options for me because I have to be gluten free due to celiacs disease. The bacon was very tastey. The eggs were also pretty good. The potatoes could have had a little less rosemary but were good.

A vent in the bathroom would have helped with moisture. The ceiling in the bathroom needs to be painted because it was the only ugly spot in a room that was clean, comfortable, quiet, and fresh smelling.

When we arrived at 9.30 pm the room was not made up or cleaned. We were given another room. Breakfast was really good but was spoiled by the use of disposable utensils.

Location was excellent, staff responsive, room clean and well appointed.

The breakfast area was clean and comfortable...but the food, with the exception of the excellent bagels, was ho-hum. We understand that covid plays a huge part in the lack of patrons, so the cooked food (eggs, sausage, potatoes) pretty much languished in the warmers for a long time. We were the only ones in the room, and someone did come in to make sure everything was OK, which was appreciated.

Great clean rooms with excellent value. Everything felt new but was at a great price!

Everything was just fine and comfortable. The pillows were small but fluffy. The bed was overall comfortable but not excellent. Breakfast was basic hotel breakfast but good coffee!

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to check in after booking online, and the stay was quite enjoyable.

The property was very clean, check-in and check-out was very easy, the breakfast included was good, you could walk to grocery and/or restaurants, and the location was great for our visit to Letchworth State Park.

I read the reviews before I booked. Someone had mentioned the bathroom was small and it was tight but fine for an average person. Someone had mentioned the internet was problematic. It wasn’t great. I ended up using my phone in the parking lot to check my work email.

Breakfast was a little light compared to other institutions I have stayed at.

I had to personally repair the toilet. The lever chain within the tank had rusted through. I am handy and have repaired this at home. No biggie, but it appears that the room(s) may need some routine maintenance, or at least some minimal inspection.
