Location was perfect. It was within striking distance of alot places that we had plan to go. The breakfast was amazing. Room was nice and cozy. The pool was exceptional.
Small things. The toilet in the room flushed odd and it needed a little scrubbing prior to us getting in the room.

Breakfast was ok, nothing to be excited about. I paid for the free breakfast (when I booked the room) and at check in they said they weren't sure I paid, and when I had breakfast they had to check again to see if I paid.
Room didn't have the Clean sticker on the door (like other rooms did). Just made you think it might not be as clean. No other issues.

I stay here couple times and I even told my friends about the hotel and Saturday usually we booked like four rooms but the big problem was my toilet was not flashing in 349 and we had to use our other room. Other then that I love the place.

it was fantastic. My daughter loved seeing all the plants riding in the elevator.
There was a ton of garbage and things under the couch in my room. The door was super hard to close all the way.

The staff was friendly and helped with our questions and made sure we were happy. We had dinner and it was a great meal. we loved your Cookies :) .... We had trouble with our room and the staff helped us move to a great room right away Thanks
We went to enjoy a pool and dinner but the pool was sooo cold...we did swim and not the hotels fault but cant just hang by pool any more had to pick an hour

The pool.... it was awesome!!! First night of frost, I walked into the pool and saw steam on top. You could swim from inside to outside...it was sssoooo cool... literally...lol... what a great experience to be outside in a pool, looking up at the stars on the first night of freezing temps... I’ll never forget it! We were 10 minutes past breakfast and they fixed us up a dish of breakfast and made new coffee♥️

I wasn't aware that breakfast wasnt free I wish I knew that before I went in to get breakfast lucky I had extra money.
