Good selection for breakfast, even towards the end of the the available time slot. Staff very helpful. Liked having a pool on site - especially an indoor one. Location very convenient for my needs.

My room (204) was beginning to need some renovations- wallpaper was coming off in one corner and heating/air conditioner unit not working (as it turned out I did not need it, still …). Also the first floor hallway going to the pool area has a very strong wind-tunnel effect which is uncomfortable when walking back after being in the pool.

Comfortable beds, private pool time(only one party of guests in the pool area at a time, very convenient location, and polite staff.

Bathroom toilet needed a little more attention as there was dried....excrement on the side of the toilet rim. Otherwise, everything was very neat and clean. Also, we were not told reservations were required for the pool, we weren't told we had to go get a special pool key prior to our pool time, abd pool time is limited to 45 minutes but there is no clock in the pool room(our phones were all charging in our rooms since we'd been out all day). Overall the swimming situation could be explained better prior to or upon arrival

The room was good size, had the amenities I needed for my stay and the staff was fantastic. They acknowledged me and asked a time or two if I had needs, but never bugged me.

I would have loved the cost to be lower. But given it was move in week for students at RIT, I understood the prices were higher.

The breakfast had hot and cold options as well as fruit. Tea and hot chocolate were offered as well as coffee. The pool was lovely. It was warm and clean. It was big enough to swim across, but not too deep. Don, who helped me with my reservation explained the breakfast rules clearly.

Bigger towels at the pool might be nice.

The staff was extremely friendly at chevk in Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having regular sized pillows instead of those tiny pillows that hotels often provide. Price was fairm

The breakfast was lacking. There was no regular milk available, only almond milk.

Had a great deal of trouble gaining access to the hotel and amenities as the key card system was malfunctioning. Could not gain entry to exterior doors or pool. One card didn't work on the room door. Staff accommodated as best they could, but were obviously unable to do much about a systems problem.

Very good quality features in room and facility. Loved the pool and fitness center. Breakfast was delicious. Very convenient to local eateries. Staff was very polite and efficient.

Couldn't see out the window in our room due to window coverings. The setting of the hotel is crowded with too much traffic.

It was clean and nice. The staff was great. the free bar was the best!

The covid rules. The kitchen warden would not let you take the yogurt out of the dining area. I did pay for it. Towels get a front desk and no beds are made.

Clean and neatness of room/free breakfast.

Window shade is a mess, and People going to pool can peer through. Biggest issue us room is cramped and management does not give paper receipt for the extra $100 imposed on accounts. And argue with customer!

breakfast was hot and delicious, but kept running out of bacon each day before 9 !

Rooms were a little cramped for 2 people -barely any room between bed and TV stand/fridge cabinet.
