Our stay here was so fantastic! We were in Rochester for one night, but we both ended up wishing we could’ve spent at least another at this lovely bed and breakfast. Gary is wonderful, and even accommodated my boyfriend’s dietary restrictions for our breakfast (which was also very delicious—not your average breakfast by any means). The room, as well as the entire interior, was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and we both appreciated the vintage trinkets and decor all around. Our late check-in was very easy, and we had quite a memorable experience overall. Highly, highly recommend!

Very nice house in Rochester. My room was big and comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful (a small issue with towels was readily solved). The highlight was surely the breakfast: delicious, freshly prepared every morning and served in the cutest room. I really enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful breakfast tailored to my diet. I’m a vegetarian. Lots of vegetables and fruit were offered. Omelette on day one. Crepes on day two. Quiche on day three.

1). Front porch steps and back porch steps are badly in need of painting! 2). Gardens are in desperate need of weeding. 3). Grass needed mowing!

The breakfast cook/manager was extremely likable and made a marvelous breakfast both days. The house had obviously been lovingly restored and l was particularly impressed with the crown molding throughout the house.

My complaints are very minor - the claw-foot tub was wobbly and the chairs in the bedroom were less than comfortable. The bed was fine, and I loved the feather pillows.

the location was lovely, quiet and close to everything we needed to see and do in the city. Easy parking, great breakfast, friendly owners. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends visiting the area!

Super comfy beds and very clean

Understand it’s an old house but walls super thin and can hear plumbing sounds …. My room on second floor was super loud people on third floor stomping around until after midnight, filling up tub, flushing toilets l, could hear people coughing next door, definitely need ear plugs here

Awesome and friendly staff. They were wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were phenomenal. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Rochester.

Loved the rooms and the overall property. The staff was fantastic! I liked the bed and the shower was really nice too. There are also some really nice affordable food options nearby.

Because it's an old house the walls are a little thin. If you're a light sleeper and there are other guests that can be a bit of a problem.

This BNB very cute, spotlessly clean, and has great amenities. The location is absolutely perfect for where I needed to be in Rochester.

I didn't see any temperature control and the room was pretty hot, but thankfully it was a cold night and the windows opened easily. There was a sign to wear masks in common areas but this wasn't enforced. I'd have felt more comfortable if it was.

Everything was great

I realize this may sound petty, but with everything so nice, comfortable and lovely, it is a shame that they used 1-ply (felt like sandpaper) toilet paper.
