The room is well equipt, very good breakfast includind ehgs, waffel, salad, fruits, yogurt, cirials atc. There was an additional free 17:00-19:00 nice meal. Very nice hotel for families travelling Ithaca area. The main bed was comfortable.

I wish there was a safe in the room. On our arrivel the room was ready but the bed for the kids not - i waited for 40 min, and eventually had to make the bad by myself - something i don't wish to do on my vecation. Plus, one of the employees was very rude, but the manager solved it. The soffa bed wasn't that comfortable.

Kitchenette was a plus for families, though we didnt use it. Pool was nice and hot breakfast was great too. Check in and out was a breeze. Staff were nice.

Carpet was dirty and had lots of hair!!! If you allow pets, carpets shouldnt be used since pets shed a lot! Since pandemic, my wife’s been cleaning every hotel room we stay, everything was dusty from tables to chair.

.the room was very big and comfy. the kitchenette was well suited for our needs, and the fridge was big and wide. the room view was ok, and it was quiet and peaceful. it was easy to park, and to get to and from the room

there was a small problem with the shower, it was dripping, and was not very intuitive on how to set the temperatures. I felt that the stuff was not as eager to help as I learned to expect from the hilton brand.

Wonderful location to highways, restaurants and grocery stores (but not noisy). Excellent breakfast bar with a variety of cold and hot items. Coffee and tea available all day.

Hairdryer didn't work. Requested a replacement but they didn't have one. Day 2 I requested a hairdryer and stated we were going out that evening, then suggested they take one from a non-booked room. When we returned from our hiking, we had a functional dryer in the room.

Plenty of room in our accommodations with sofa and small kitchen table. Comfortable bed, sofa. Nice to have included breakfast Nice sized kitchen area with full sized. Fridge, there was an outdoor common area which was nice but we did not use. There was a strong AC unit and a wonderful delinking fan above the bed.

Location was convenient to visit wineries, breweries and other tourist areas but you are well outside of Ithaca if you are planning to visit the town itself. While the room was up to date, the bathroom was a bit dated. The shower was uncomfortable as the shower head did not stay in an straight position.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Check in and Check out were smooth and took no time at all. Room was spotless. Decor was great, everything looked modern and up to date. We requested a higher floor away from the elevators and staff made it their priority to accommodate us. Would definitely stay there again .

The breakfast is awesome (fresh fruits, toasted bread, sausages). The welcome and kindness of the staff was simply exceptional. My children were able to play not only basketball (balls provided by the front desk / basket ball court) but also swimming in the pool. The cleanliness of the bathroom and bed linen was perfect.

The room was fantastic. We had a king one-bedroom suite. There was a galley kitchen (full-size fridge, stove top, dishwasher, sink, dishes, silverware) plus small dining table; we also had a sofa bed, which was perfect for our college-bound son the night(s) he stayed with us. Plenty of room for all of us, especially since we brought our meals back to the room, rather than eating indoors with strangers. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel fare - totally adequate, with sufficient choices.

Honestly, everything worked well for us. I purposely chose the location to be near the North Campus side of Cornell, so it was a great place for us to stay. We have another room booked there for when we return at the end of October. All good!

Comfortable King bed. Small kitchen Free parking Roomy room. Nice breakfast, with boiled and scrambled eggs, fruits, pancakes etc.

Relatively poor wifi in the room. No vegetables at breakfast but I got used to it... Kitchen accessories were a bit disappointing, both in quality and quantity.,

I was unable to use the pool and jacuzzi due to the extremely strong chlorine smell . So strong that my eyes and lungs started to burn out in the hallway.
