Quite a huge room with a functional bathroom. Bus stop and well equipped shops nearby. Coffee and tea available at cantine. Good price/quality ratio. Very friendly housekeeping staff (greeting to Tammy)

A little more smile at check in desk would be much appreciated. Monotonous breakfast if you stay longer.

Breakfast was fine - well stocked and clean. Room was clean and in very good condition - not run down at all. Check in was qiuck and efficient.

Went to Ithaca for a concert at Cornell and the hotel raised their prices and priced gouged our room for $361 per night. Hotel not downtown - a car needed to reach campus/downtown

Staff was exceptional and the breakfast was good. There's not much else in the vicinity but there is a shuttle that starts at 9 am (sign up) The rooms are spacious.

The rooms were a bit dusty and not 100% clean. However it was fine, really. If there are people in the hallways, it can be noisy. Everyone quieted down by quiet time (10 pm)

Proximity to Cornell was very good.

The hotel itself was quite dated and could use an update. Also, the surge pricing (graduation weekend) was outrageous. We definitely felt taken advantage of on cost.

It's perfectly located. It's set back from main road. It has stores within a short walking distance that are safe. It's located within walking distance of a pharmacy and a D&D. The breakfast that's included is awesome, from fresh Belgium waffles to almond milk, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal eggs bacon sausage! This was differently a pleasant stay and is also near mass transit if you needed to utilize that as well. Beds are comfortable, super clean and over all is the only place I will stay when visiting Ithaca!

It's within walking distances of a food store, Walgreens, D&D, but it's set back off the main road so it quiet!

I had a great room outfitted with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. Clean, nice bedding, suitable for family or business travel with a pull-out desk/table and comfortable chair. The cherry on top was the corner gas fireplace. So cozy. We pulled chairs over and played cards in front of it, nice on a cold, winter evening.

The property was very difficult to navigate. It has no signage from the road, nor any signs on the back, major entryway from the direction of Summer Hill road. We wasted a lot of time driving around, trying to figure out if it was, in fact, the Best Western. And, later trying to find the narrow road around the back of the building to the 400 building. A lot more brand and directional signing is needed. Also, my key card locked me out and my purse in as I was going out to load up my car to leave. It took a good half an hour to find help getting in the room and made me frustrated and uneasy.

Quiet area, ample and comfortable rooms, all appliances and fixtures in good working condition. Very close to Cornell which was the purpose of my trip.

It was actually difficult to spot from the road because it’s at the back of a shopping plaza. Better signs around the plaza directing guests to the hotel would go a long way!

Very friendly staff, very helpful! Excellent breakfast - a real one (like pre-Covid), warm, a variety of items. Decent gym room. Great location - next to the plaza with Collegetown Bagels, very close to Cornell.

the WiFi provider is not good - I had a problem with WiFi, called them, they promised to call back and never did. In the end, we figured it out (with the kind help of the receptionist), and the signal quality was ok.

A self- serve breakfast was included and offered a large variety of options from eggs and bacon to yogurts and cereal. Location to Cornell University was excellent and staff was very friendly. Definitely good value.

Breakfast was not very good. Most inedible Location was perfect.

Pillows were ridiculous They were chunky bits of confetti. Small, too. Probably no way to even sanitize them. Breakfast was terrible. We threw the food away.
