The hotel's location was great -- easy access to town and incredible state parks. It was nice to have several breakfast options each morning. Having a suite gave us extra space that was appreciated. Staff were friendly & hard-working, specially those who kept restocking at breakfast.

Hotel was a bit loud & we could hear some of what was going on in the hall or other rooms (including footsteps above us). There were rocking chairs right outside the main door but it would be nice to have more outdoor space.

hotel was in the perfect location. we traveled to see the state parks with our dog and couldn’t be happier with this choice. front desk and staff were very friendly and accommodating we booked a king pet friendly room and it wasn’t available when we got there so we were given a queen suite for the same price , room had two queen beds a fridge and microwave were very convenient for us the hotel was clean and the breakfast was excellent I highly recommend for a budget friendly , dog friendly stay

The room was ok, fair price. Breakfast was good. It was very crowded. There were lots of families and everybody looked very happy. We brought our dog and she was comfortable there.

Although it was a pet friendly family, pets were not allowed at the breakfast room (which we do understand) but that didn't allow us to have breakfast all together, and that wasn't nice since we were in a family weekend gateway.

Didn’t like that they only clean every 3 days if you are staying more than overnight. Would have liked to have garbage emptied and towels replaced. I’m sure if I contacted front desk they would have done that. Breakfast food was not replenished or much variety

The location was perfect for the events we had to attend. It was also quite easy to find at the end of a very long trip.

The toilet gurgled loudly periodically throughout the night. Our room was above the automatic doors so every time they opened and closed the sound of the loud chirp was audible in our room. It was a restless two nights.

The additional option of eggs and sausage at breakfast (not everyone wants a waffle)

Room had a stale odor to it. Not unclean, but like it needed a bit more airing out.

very friendly staff. Room was nice and clean. We stayed in room 232. Unfortunately the bathroom sink was really clogged. I actually forgot to tell the front desk so hopefully they’ll see this and fix it for the next guest. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

Staff was amazing!! Very helpful with what ever you needed. Breakfast was very good. But the staff went above and beyond!!!

A few bugs in the bathroom. It is near some wooded areas.

Room was clean. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff was friendly. Parking was plentiful.

Our room keys didn't work at one point during our stay. I waited at the front desk for about 15 minutes for a clerk to show up while other guests waited behind me. Not her fault! Lack of help (I assume) necessitated that she was also doing laundry out of earshot of my "Hellos".

Very clean and spacious room, friendly/helpful staff, included breakfast had plenty of choices, kids loved the pool, plenty of towels and toiletries provided…everything was just perfect, especially for such a low price.
