Breakfast was good! Decent selection of bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, juice, tea, coffee. Runs from 7am til 10am. Location is super easy to find, quick walk through a local park to get to and from the train station. Everything touristy is so easy to access from the F train! Convenience store in the lobby was also really good for some chips or a soda in the middle of the night. You simply pay at reception after choosing your items.

Breakfast room fills up FAST, a few more tables and chairs would be good. Although many people just went in, grabbed their food and took it back upstairs (myself included). The "room service" menu is just an Uber Eats type of thing, the hotel itself does not offer any hot foods. In saying that, we used Uber Eats and Door Dash really easily, just met our drivers out front of the hotel, (almost) all our food arrived hot and fresh.

We arrived at the JFK airport and it was pretty easy to get there by Airtrain and Metro, the hotel is located 4 squares away from the F line so it's a very short walking distance even with luggage. Upon our arrival, Sofia was very kind and made everything possible in her hands to make our stay comfortable and check-in easy, she's the best!! The breakfast was a lifesaver and the staff was always aware of our needs. The room was very spacious, the beds were super comfortable (ideal to rest after a really busy day with MANY tourist activities) and it was ALWAYS clean!!

At first sight, you might think that the location is not very safe because it's not a fancy residential zone. However, my husband and I came back late several days and walked from the bus or metro and everything was easy and safe. Taking the F line Manhattan is 4 stops away, so it's nothing and the place is quiet at night in comparison to hotels in Manhattan.

Very accessible to the subway which was only a 4-5 min walk from here! It was clean, comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly. My partner and I came straight here after a 7 hour flight. We were completely buggered and they let us wait in the reception room until our room was ready! They also put on a complimentary breakfast from 7am to 10am. I’ve seen a lot of people complain about things being “empty” or they “run out” of food before 10am. Just want to say it’s first in, first serve! If they are busy it’s likely that you’ll miss out if you’re not there promptly at 7 or 8am. We were lucky enough to enjoy breakfast on our check out day. As we slept in most days till 11am (due to NYC Sun being out till 8pm) The neighbourhood can be a little bit of a culture shock if you’re use to a certain way of living. But we absolutely loved the neighbourhood and my partner was enjoying the $3 beers from the 24/7 corner store! We also had food from there and got the real American taste! We would happily stay here again. The staff were amazing! Accomodating and always readily available if we requested anything. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels - they do have an option to reuse your towels to reduce water waste, we just didn’t know how to ask for that, and by the time we remembered to ask when coming back from our trips into NYC it was too late. They also had parking as well, and offered free wifi, toiletries and had snacks for you to purchase or add to your room if you wanted. View is spectacular as well! 10/10

The cable tv, I have a feeling they are currently upgrading everything, as we noticed a new hotel card swipe was added to the entry so you need your room key to enter the property after a certain time at night. Which is great for security purposes. But I do believe once you upgrade your tvs with apps and wifi it’ll be even more enjoyable.

15 minutes via Subway to Midtown (10 min walk to nearest Subway station), safe neighborhood, great staff, clean room, free breakfast.

The Hotel was very nice and the Breakfast was good. We had an issue with the first room and the Reception Staff kindly moved us to another room which was much bigger. The Wi-Fi worked well. It's about a 8 minute walk to the F Train which takes you up and down Town. Would stay again. The Man at reception was very helpful.

The Area around was very dirty but to be expected with July 4 Celebrations.

The size of the room was large. Refrigerator was nice. We wanted a high floor and received it. The facility was modern and clean. There were two chairs a desk, a nice closet, large bathroom, and plenty of room to move around. The bed was good. The receptionists / front desk clerks were elegant, classy, & helpful. It had a good location. One can just take the F train and walk down to 40th Street - closer than most hotels in the area. The price was excellent - but that can vary depending on the date you book.

The only issue we had is we could not watch Netflix because the TV did not have internet access. We watched the Superbowl Game, which was fine.

The room was very clean, every day they change a towels, and that's great. We got a room with beautiful view on Manhattan. Location was perfect, 5 min by walk to the metro station. We were on Central Park for 10min. People on reception is very nice and helpfull. We really enjoy here.

This area where is hotel is not so safe. On the street you can see a lot of drunk people. Breakfast can be better, maybe include some salami or bacon.

The rooms were clean and they did not have carpet!!!! They were also modern. Someone near our room was smoking; because I could smell it in the hallway. But we COULDNT SMELL IT AT ALL IN OUR ROOM which was a major plus!!!!! Overall, I would def stay again! It lived up to my expectations for a Wyndham hotel.

Somehow I wasn’t sure of parking when we went. So we did find off-street parking. In the neighborhood I was a little worried about parking, but it was fine. HOWEVER, there are about 6-7 parking spaces in front of the hotel that cost $25. NO PROBLEM for NY! BUT if you leave you lose the parking. So I would much rather pay a little more and guarantee that space. But anyhoo! That’s a NY hotel for you; not a lot of parking.

Apart from the area, everything else was just perfect. It was absolutely clean, room was spacious with a quite nice view and breakfast was plenty enough to keep you full almost the whole day. Τhe staff was always willing to help you. Specially thanks to Jose, Jennifer and Bella who where smiling always and were really polite. And ofcourse all of the housekeepers were really polite and always with a smile.

The only thing that was not good about this hotel was the area that it is located. The projects are just across the street so lots of homeless people are walking around during the night and also many people that trade drugs. I wouldn't recommend it for girl travelers. Only if you have men in your group. However, the subway is only 3 minutes away so if you return back early, it should be ok.

Truly astounding. I was checked-in by Jose who was friendly and welcoming - a lovely disposition for a tired traveller who already experienced the shady side of NYC with a cash grabbing airport taxi driver. When I arrived at the hotel Jose offered me drinks, friendly banter and a room upgrade to his 'fav room'. The room was spotless and had an amazing view of the NYC skyline and a dedicated workspace. To top it off, the bed is hella comfortable! All in all, I'm impressed with value for money, staff engagement, room comfort and the little perks that make a client feel valued.
