The service was really nice and breakfast was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed for 2 nights, so we didn't need too much comfort but it was still good to have a clean room to relax after a long day in NY. It's easy to get into town and especially nice to sleep in a quite area without all the noise from the city.

It would have been nice to be able to book breakfast, so that one doesn't have to wait for a table or service.

I loved everything. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with such joy from Angel who also guided us in the right direction to the subway and explained things in detail. She was extremely helpful and kind, we need more people like her in the world. Pictures dont do these views justice. I will definitely be back to this hotel, it didn't disappoint, the views were amazing and everything was within distance once on the subway that was like a few minutes walking distance. I've stayed in Manhattan in previous times but this was by far the best stay and the best experience overall. Wish I could have stayed longer!

The cafe only had regular coffee.

More than the amazing view, more than the good location, more than the comfortable king size bed, the most important is the kindness of all the staff. Everyone is so kind and ready to help you if needed !

If I really want to be fussy, I would have appreciate a fridge/microwave in my room but there is a lot of restaurants and little supermarkets around the hotel

Great location with a subway station close by which can directly take you to most main sights in Manhattan. The people at the reception were always friendly and helpful. I asked for a hairdryer because there was none in my room and they quickly provided one. Overall, good value for money for New York's standards.

No refrigerator in the room. Our key cards got demagnetised four times during our stay and we constantly needed to renew them at the reception. The room is not sparkling clean but not really dirty either.

The room and staff were very nice and overly accommodating. The rooftop bar was nice but closed too early. The breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor has great breakfasts with great prices. I draw for a living and was able to use the tables downstairs. The location is great and there are several train stations close to the hotel, starting with the 39th Street station. It's in a cool neighborhood with lots of bodegas. Do not eat at the bodegas. There's also a food truck nearby if you look for it. Two or three blocks down is DK Public. It's a great bar, very clean. Ask for Elle or Goose. If you really wanna be adventurous, seek out the Mad Donkey which is a great dive bar. I've always stayed in Manhattan but staying in Queens this time was the most fun. I'm doing it again. It's very close to Manhattan.

I had to use the tables downstairs because the desk in my room had a sliding top which is not stable. While the prices for breakfast were great, the prices for lunch and dinner were stupid. $25 for a sandwich in Queens? It's not Manhattan.

Very nice hotel in a walking distance from three metro stations, very easy to go to and from Manhattan. A lot of space in the rooms and very comfortable. Also, it had a good wifi and a rooftop with a stunning view from the city.

They have a little problem with water leakage in the bathroom, if you would take a little longer shower, the water would end up all the way to the toilet. But it wasn't so much of an issue for me since they cleaned the room everyday, so it would be always clean when I would come back in the evening.

It’s very accessible to the Subway, also, there’s 24 hour deskhelp. I am also satisfied with the security. The area is relatively quiet. The room exceeded my expectation. Bed is comfortable. Wifi has very good speed. Got enough room to move around the room. Staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Doug & the other Filipino-American staff 😀. Checking-in and checking out was smooth. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to visit NY.

None that I could think of. In relation to the keycards, I had to have it replaced for a number of times because for some reason it would not let me re-enter the room 🤣.

Good location (two subway stations available nearby), very helpful and kind stuff available 24/7, very good restaurant with a friendly and kind waitress. Towels changed every day. Comfortable beds, a spacious and clean room. A kettle with coffee and tea available in the room. Great water pressure in the shower. Very happy with the stay.

Unbearably hot water in the tap only at arrival (no cold water), fixed next day by a cleaning lady who was kind and helpful. One towel missing, provided at the reception at request immediately, also one quilt missing, provided right next day.

Location is outstanding for a value trip to NYC. Subway is 4 minute walk to a main line to Times Square, Central Park, Financial District. Rooms are clean and lots of food options are nearby. Roof top restaurant and 7th floor public balcony are great for skyline views of Manhattan

Wifi was spotty. Definitely noisy with sounds traveling between floors. they have a 10th floor reception room and we could perform lip sync battles with the songs they played.
