GREAT location! Less than 2 blocks from subway; subway is literally one stop from midtown Very safe neighborhood with good food options within walking distance

While I lucked out, parking can be REALLY hard to find Breakfast is no longer included at hotel; only coffee

Location near the metro, friendly staff, free coffee and tea

The water of the shower didnt go down the sink properly, so we ended up with a bath everytime. The place to leave the luggage during the last day felt unsafe

Great location that provides convenient access to Brooklyn, Manhattan, an Queens. Property is fairly well maintained. Room size and finishes are reasonable.

Elevator was a bit dicey, but not a major issue. Just was pretty small and bounced around a bit. For parking it’s free on the street from 7-7, but max parking time is 2h so you just have to remember to feed the meeter on the app.

This is a solid hotel experience! We stayed for three nights. It's in a great and friendly neighborhood with everything you need. AC worked great, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and the front desk was helpful. The housekeeping people worked really hard and took care of our needs quickly. For the price point; they exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay again.

location is very convenient, really near the subway station if you’re going to both Queens/Jamaica and Manhatttan (1stop to Central Park only). They also cleaned the rooms daily, changed the towels and added more toiletries each day. PS: ALSO A FEW STOPS TO FILIPINO RESTAURANTS/STORE AND JOLLIBEE!

Great location. Quiet area and very close to the 7 train and a 5-7 minute subway ride to grand central. Staff was very helpful and courteous. I will probably stay here again when I travel to the queens area again.

Only thing is the hallway and room was hot when I arrived but learned the AC was not plugged in. Plugged in the AC and was good to go

The kitchen facilities, there are ice machine, coffee maker, milk, and others, the hotel is one block away to the queens Boro Plaza metro station, there are a lot of restaurants around, the area is really safe, to the hotel from Manhattan the metro ride is around 15 mins.

The safety box was battery low and the problem wasn't solved, I couldn't use it

Location is amazing! Right next to the subway and some great New York local food (pizza, bagels, deli foods) Staff was super helpful. Great with questions about the area, helping get taxis, etc.

The room was pretty small and the bed was a bit squishy around the edges and I kept feeling like I was going to fall out.

You can reach downtown Manhattan and main attractions through the 24/7 train station, which is 2 minutes walking from the hotel. Few shops and restaurants around the corner.Beds were pretty comfortable . Basic and value for money stay in Nyc.

I chose for the location. It was very convenient to the bus line which took me into Queens, and the neighborhood I was visiting.

I was not totally confident about the security, but this had to do with the location.
