Very, very nice and friendly staff, new and clean room, A W E S O M E view from the balcony, excellent location (subway just behind the corner, 20min to Times Square)

We stayed in two rooms, both looked great, it's just that the first one (8th floor) had bedbugs (the other room, on 9th floor was just brilliant, in every regard). On the other hand, bedbugs are a general problem of NYC, so it's always a matter of luck if hotel willl have them or not.

It was just what one needs, efficiently packaged. Quality materials have been used. Slightly aged, but perfectly acceptable. There's coffee and tea available each morning from 7-9. A nice patio is available to chill in good weather. One unique feature I appreciate is the ultraviolet light in the bathroom. It's conveniently located, an easy walk to buses and subway that take one to Manhattan. Nearby food choices were not exceptional, so I suggest eating closer to Queens Courtyard.

I thought 4 PM was late enough to check in, but my room was not ready. No biggie, I grabbed dinner nearby.

I liked the city view from the room, they have king-sized beds for an affordable upgrade process plus has a balcony! There was daily housekeeping & the hotel was close to public transportation (2stops away from the city/trains that go to the JFK)

Hallway and room walls were dirty, had scuff marks and drill holes. The carpets was stained and felt grimy- I wouldn’t recommend you walk barefoot. There is no utensils in the common area, the beverage canisters for tea/coffee were lukewarm, not hot. Staff were cordial but not that friendly - most do not acknowledge or greet you.

The hotel is 2 blocks away from the Subway about 8 minutes walking. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Central Park using the subway. There’re restaurant options nearby the hotel. We recommend Cafe Xochimilco The bedrooms are small but very clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every morning to clean the room. We had a very good sleep. Beds very comfortable! Good water pressure in the shower with all the toiletries needed. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helped us in every way they could.

It is not central, however just a subway ride away to the central. The hotel is small, had a nice view from our 7th floor and very convenient to have a subway station only a few minutes away.

The area is quiet in the evening and maybe we did not venture around to see what else it could offer. However, we used to spend most of our days outside so no real issue.

Nestor was a fantastic host, and the hotel was very comfortable. Facilities were really good, microwave, water/ice and tea/coffee available downstairs and our room had a lovely balcony, which was particularly welcome. Good shower, comfy beds, and a good-sized fridge.

The room could do with a chair of some kind in, and perhaps a table to rest a laptop or similar on. Bedside lights could only be turned on/off from the single bed, which was a bit annoying.

Near Subway Station to Manhattan, The staff was super friendly and kept our luggage at the last day. all time Tea, Coffee and water was available as well as a microwave and you can purchase soda like coke for good money. Room was really big with amazing city view!

view of the city was beautiful. bathroom was modern. bed was comfortable. room was quiet. close to subway stations.

thermostat had a sensor that would shut the heater off if no people were moving in the room. had to wake up and turn the heat back on a few times during the night.

Amazing location, just across the river from Manhattan, two blocks from the subway. We were in midtown by subway in 20-30 minutes. We got in late at night, I found street parking nearby for free and felt the neighborhood seemed safe, as I walked to the hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming, courteous and helpful. The bathtub is huge, deep and amazing!! Energy saving light in the bathroom turns purple when it’s been on for a long time and I loved the ambiance of the purple light in the bath. The shower head is a rainfall shower head, and there is plenty of very hot water. The bathroom very clean. The space overall is cute and clean. Excellent hotel for a budget price!

The double bed was small. We stayed in a room with a double bed and a twin bed and my partner and I ended up sleeping in separate beds because the double bed was pretty small. When we go back, we’ll reserve the king bed room.
